Jeremy Pena Out Again Tuesday
2 years agoHouston Astros shortstop Jeremy Pena (illness) is out of the starting lineup again on Tuesday against the Washington Nationals. Pena sat out on Sunday with an illness and apparently is still under the weather despite an off day on Monday. Hopefully, he'll be able to return to Wednesday's lineup. The 25-year-old Dominican has contributed modestly across the board for fantasy managers this year, hitting .252 (62-for-246) with 16 doubles, a triple, eight home runs, 26 RBI, six stolen bases and 36 runs scored in 268 plate appearances and 63 games in his second major-league season. Mauricio Dubon is starting at shortstop on Tuesday and is batting leadoff against Nationals left-hander Patrick Corbin. Dubon will be a nice DFS play while hitting in the top spot in Houston's batting order.
