Catcher J.T. Realmuto rejected the Philadelphia Phillies $18.9 million qualifying offer on Wednesday. If Realmuto were to sign with another team in free agency, the Phillies would receive draft-pick compensation. The 29-year-old hit .266 with 11 home runs and 32 RBI in the shortened 2020 season, his second with Philadelphia after coming over in a trade from the Marlins before spring training in 2019. Realmuto earned his second straight All-Star selection in 2019 by hitting .275 with 25 home runs and 83 RBI while also leading the league with 43 runners thrown out. Philadelphia will certainly attempt to bring Realmuto back, but he should remain the top catcher off the board in fantasy drafts no matter where he lands on the open market.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
