New York Mets right-hander Frankie Montas was officially moved to the bullpen on Tuesday after continued struggles in the rotation. The 32-year-old veteran has started seven of his eight outings this year and has pitched to a 6.38 ERA and 1.55 WHIP--numbers that mark one of the worst stretches of his career. Despite Montas falling short, the Mets starting rotation as a whole has impressed, ranking third in the National League with a 3.65 ERA. A move to the bullpen presents a possible reset for Montas, who has yet to find consistent success since joining New York's pitching staff.--Julian Brooke
