Miles Johns suffered a split decision loss to Jean Matsumoto on the main card of UFC Vegas 109 on Saturday. The fight was an extremely close, back-and-forth fight, and it seems that most experts and fans think Johns should have been the victor, but the judges scored the fight in favor of Matsumoto. In 15 minutes of action, Johns was outstruck by Matsumoto by 20 strikes, but scored five takedowns across three rounds and landed 83 significant strikes. With the loss, Johns dropped to 15-4 with one NC as a pro and is now 6-4 with one NC in the UFC.--Alen Kurbasic
