Tennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears (leg) was carted off the field during Saturday's preseason game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Oh no, this is not something you want to see during the preseason. Spears appears to have suffered a lower right leg injury during the first half of this game. There should be more information on his status after more testing is done. Spears was expected to be the primary backup behind Tony Pollard this upcoming season. A lengthy absence could free up more chances for Kalel Mullings or Julius Chestnut. It's highly unlikely that Spears is going to return to this contest considering it's the preseason. Fantasy managers will need to stay tuned for more updates on his status.--Andy Webb
