Hayden Hurst Officially Ruled Out This Weekend
2 years agoCincinnati Bengals tight end Hayden Hurst (calf) has officially been ruled out for Week 14 against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Hurst was deemed doubtful to play in Week 14 earlier this week by the team, so fantasy managers shouldn't have been blind-sided by this news at all. It will be the 29-year-old's first missed game of 2022. It remains to be seen if he'll be able to return in Week 15 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With Hurst out, Mitchell Wilcox will have a much bigger role at the position, but he won't be a realistic fantasy streamer. Wide receivers Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd should be able to pick up the slack with Hurst out, and running back Joe Mixon (concussion) is also returning from a two-game absence.
