DeAngelo Williams Plays Well While Filling In For Le'Veon Bell
6 years agoOnce Le'Veon Bell exited Sunday's loss with a groin injury, DeAngelo Williams became Pittsburgh's primary rusher. Williams has always filled in nicely whenever Bell has missed time and Sunday was no different. He ended the day with 34 rushing yards and a score on 14 carries. Those stats were padded further with seven receptions for 51 yards. It was an overall productive performance for the best backup in the NFL. Now a free agent, DeAngelo Williams may be a hot commodity for RB-needy teams looking for a spark.
