Breece Hall Hits Wall in Week 3 Dud
Breece Hall failed to make an impact in Sunday's 29-27 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, totaling 21 yards on nine totes and an additional 31 through the air on 4-of-6 receiving. With New York pigeon-holing itself into a game plan centered around short passes, the 24-year-old couldn't get anything going on the ground, marking his second straight outing with fewer than 30 rushing yards. Perhaps even more concerning, he's losing out on playing time due to his ineffectiveness as a pass blocker. Hall is a talented runner, and his receiving work should keep him in the RB2 mix more often than not. However, sharing his workload in an unstable Jets offense means his fantasy floor -- and ceiling -- are lower than in seasons past. He'll try to rebound in a dream Week 4 meeting with the lowly Dolphins' rush defense.
