FanDuel Lineup Picks (Week 16) - NFL DFS Advice

Welcome to RotoBaller's daily fantasy football FanDuel lineup picks for Week 16 of the NFL season. In this article I will be taking you through the best FanDuel DFS value plays of the week for this upcoming Sunday.

These FanDuel lineup recommendations are based on matchups, recent performances, overall upside/talent levels, and other factors such as Vegas odds, home field advantage, and more.

Good luck with your FanDuel DFS lineups!

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

FanDuel Quarterbacks - Week 16 DFS Picks

Russell Wilson (@DAL, $9,000)

Wilson is a tough sell in a couple ways, mostly that he is the highest priced quarterback on the main slate. However, he is also intriguing in two important ways. First, prior to his disastrous Week 15 performance, he had been on an absolute tear and shown the ability to pay off his price tag. He could also go overlooked in a positive matchup as the Seahawks seem to have been dismissed by many across the league.

Blake Bortles (@SF, $7,600)

The 49ers have shown a lot of improvement since the introduction of Jimmy G as the starting quarterback, but one way that hasn’t translated is to their pass defense. The Niners have allowed multiple passing touchdowns every week since Week 6 with exception only in their matchup against Mitchell Trubisky. Meanwhile, Blake Bortles has suddenly become a consistent fantasy force. Even with Leonard Fournette back in the lineup, Bortles should have a good shot at a multi-touchdown performance.

FanDuel Running Backs - Week 16 DFS Picks

C.J. Anderson (@ WAS, $6,200)

It appears the Broncos have turned back to C.J. Anderson as their lead back as he has had a floor of 19 touches over the past three weeks. He has shown the ability to pay off his price tag as well, posting well over 2X value in two of those three weeks. Now, he will get a Washington defense that has gotten gashed by opposing running game several times over the past few weeks. His price hasn’t risen enough to be a deterrent so look his way this week.

Theo Riddick (@ CIN, $6,100)

The Bengals have officially mailed it in and that has been quite apparent in the way running backs have performed against them. Looking to Jerick McKinnon’s line against them last week, 24 rushing yards to go along with 114 receiving yards, is a good place to start in thinking about what could be for Riddick this week. As the lead back in both the rushing and receiving game, he’s a solid bet for over 100 total yards, making 2X value a probable outcome. If he can add a touchdown to that, 3X is well within reach.

FanDuel Wide Receivers - Week 16 DFS Picks

Doug Baldwin (@DAL, $7,300)

Baldwin had a dismal Week 15 performance, posting just one reception for six yards on four targets. What’s lost in that line is the fact that Russell Wilson missed Baldwin on a deep pass early in the first quarter, a catch that would have given Baldwin a third consecutive game with at least one catch of 40 yards. This week, weather won’t be an issue in Dallas which should allow the Baldwin-Wilson connection to get back on track against a vulnerable Cowboys secondary.

Mike Evans (@CAR, $7,000)

Evans put in a bounce back performance in Week 15 against the Falcons, which was dependent on a long touchdown. He still only had eight targets, which is troubling. On the other hand, there are several indications that he should be targeted more heading into Week 16.  First, Jameis Winston acknowledged this week that he needs to get Evans the ball more often. In addition, Friday's news that DeSean Jackson is out means that there are less places for the Bucs to spread targets. Evans price remains down to the point where he no longer needs a massive game to pay off value and the Panthers' secondary isn't as good as many may assume.

FanDuel Tight End - Week 16 DFS Pick

Travis Kelce (vs. MIA, $7,000)

After a down week and having gone two games without finding the end zone, Kelce’s price has dipped to his lowest of the season. That’s something to take advantage of against a Dolphins team that was torched for 84 yards and two touchdowns by Rob Gronkowski. The Chiefs should look to ride their trio of stars at home in an effort to wrap up the AFC West, with Kelce being a big part of that.

FanDuel Defense - Week 16 DFS Pick

Kansas City Chiefs (vs. MIA, $4,500)

Matchups against Jay Cutler should be circled at this point as it became pretty clear he has lost interest in being on the football field last week. That should allow a motivated Chiefs defense to rack up turnovers, with the key being that this game is being played at Arrowhead.
