DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Thursday Slate (10/30/25)

Jake Retzlaff - College Football Rankings, NCAA CFB DFS Lineup Picks, NFL Draft

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Thursday (10/30/25) slate in Week 10. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

The DraftKings Halloween week treat bag rolls on with another weekday slate! We have some good American teams in action tonight, so let's get to it. It's getting a little harder to separate your lineups, so I'm glad you're here. If you play GPP tournaments, these are the slates where you can't be afraid to finish last. Find your spot, plant your flag, and let the full stacks pay off.

Both games start at the same time tonight, so it's a four-hour tilt-fest. A mad dash to the finish! Marshall is visiting Conway to take on the Chanticleers. Tulane is at the Alamodome to take on UTSA.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the DraftKings slate on 10/30/25, starting at 7:30 pm Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower ends of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Jake Retzlaff, Tulane ($8.5K)

The UTSA defense has struggled, giving up nearly 400 yards of offense per game. They're 98th out of 136 teams. That's good news for Retzlaff, who gets points on the ground and through the air.

The only truly bad game that Retzlaff has had was against Mississippi. There are no more defenses on the slate like that. Retzlaff is going to be money down the stretch.

Carlos Del Rio-Wilson, Marshall ($8K)

CDRW (are any of you old enough to remember those?) has transformed the Marshall offense. He has at least 22 DraftKings points in every game that he has started. His per-game numbers rival many who are in the Heisman Trophy conversation.

You'll never hear about the Syracuse transfer because he is no longer in a power conference. There's no reason to hold that against him, especially in DFS circles.

Also consider these QBs:

  • Owen McCown, UTSA ($7.1K)
  • Tad Hudson, Coastal Carolina ($6.7K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Robert Henry Jr., UTSA ($6.7K)

I thought that Frank Harris was a generation-defining player at UTSA. I was wrong. It's Henry. Henry leads FBS with 8.3 yards per carry. That is an absolutely insane stat.

This is a tougher matchup for Henry, but I feel like the risk is baked into the price. It's more than reasonable to pay this for Henry. Temple is the only team to hold Henry under 20 DK points in a full game. He put up 34.8 DK points on Texas A&M. I won't be the one to tell you to fade Henry.

Jo'Shon Barbie, Marshall ($6.1K)

Barbie is a fresh back facing a bad defense. The Chanticleers are giving up 180.3 rushing yards per game. That's 111th in FBS. Michael Allen is out for Marshall, which means a nice workload for Barbie again. He put up 17.1 DK points in place of Allen last week. Expect more of the same against this defense.

Also consider these RBs

  • Javin Gordon, Tulane ($5.8K)
  • Ja'Vin Simpkins, Coastal Carolina ($5.6K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Demarcus Lacey, Marshall ($6.4K)

There is a direct correlation between Lacey's emergence and Del Rio-Wilson taking over this offense. Lacey has started four games with Del Rio-Wilson so far. He has 120.6 DK  points in those four games. He's too cheap for what he can do against the Coastal corners.

Shazz Preston, Tulane ($5.2K)

I want the guy who has the concentration to complete that catch. You can bet that Retzlaff does too. The Army game was Preston's coming-out party. It marked his ascension to the top of the receiver chart. Strangely enough, that was Preston's first touchdown of the season. It won't be his last.

Toby Payne, Marshall ($4.7K)

Payne was used almost exclusively as a blocker before Del Rio-Wilson took over. Now he's a threat. Payne has 15 receptions in four games with Del Rio-Wilson for 152 yards and a pair of scores. It turns out he can do more than block, after all.

Robby Washington, Coastal Carolina ($3.4K)

All we are looking for in this price range is consistency. Washington has at least two receptions (but no more than three) in every game. He also has at least one carry in all but one game.

Coastal sees Washington as a multi-use tool. Anyone who gets consistent touches in this price range is firmly on my radar. Just keep in mind that the ceiling is low.

Also consider these WRs:

  • Devin McCuin, UTSA ($5.7K)
  • Anthony Brown-Stephens, Tulane ($5.3K)
  • AJ Wilson, UTSA ($4.9K)
  • Adrian Norton, Marshall ($3.1K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

Marshall vs. Coastal Carolina

The way to attack Coastal is on the ground, but they give up over 410 yards per game. You can attack them any way you please. I plan on doing just that. The strong play of Del Rio-Wilson has taken this Marshall offense to the next level.

CDRW may be the highest-owned player on the slate. Many will run him with Barbie and just go after the leaky Coastal run defense. Marshall should win easily, but unlike basketball DFS, football blowouts usually see the stars getting it to the blowout point. Sure, Del Rio-Wilson may only play three quarters, but he's still breaking 30 DK points.

It's not like Marshall is going to abandon the passing game in this either. Lacey is also a must-play and makes a nice three-man Marshall stack. I'll take it further with Payne.

Attacking with the run game will still pay off, so I like the idea of running Antwan Roberts along with Barbie to get all of the touches left behind by Allen. CDRW/Barbie/Roberts/Lacey is one of my favorite combos on the slate.

Adrian Norton is the true wild card since he still gets action in four and five-receiver sets with the first-team offense. He ascends to a starter when the second-team offense is in there. If you believe this is a blowout, there could be extra opportunities for Norton.

Tulane vs. UTSA

The UTSA defense will give up yards, and Tulane has a structured pecking order. That makes the Wave easy to stack. Most exposure to Tulane is going to have Retzlaff with Preston and call it good.

I like adding Bryce Bohanon and Brown-Stephens to this stack and leaving out Gordon. If this game stays close -- which it should since UTSA is 23-0 at home in conference play -- Tulane is going to have to pass more than usual.

Retzlaff acts as the de facto running back, and Gordon doesn't get much work in the passing game. Run Tulane's pass game with both Marshall running backs.

Also consider this stack: UTSA (GPP only)
