Nacua wasn't just good, he was "rearrange your Sunday plans to watch this kid play" good.
Fast forward to 2024, and the script has taken a bit of a twist. In a cruel twist of fate, Nacua’s season hit a major snag right out of the gate. During the very first week, just as fans were pulling out their jerseys and settling into their favorite game-day spots, Nacua went down with a knee injury that sent him straight to injured reserve.
Now, as the weeks tick by, the big question hanging over everyone’s head is: "When will Puka Nacua return?" It’s a tricky situation, shrouded in uncertainty. The Rams haven’t given much away, leaving fans and fantasy managers alike checking updates with bated breath. Nacua’s absence is felt deeply, as every game without him just reminds us of the spark he brought to the gridiron.

Puka Nacua Fantasy Football Injury Update
Rams head coach Sean McVay said that Nacua will not participate in practice ahead of their Week 8 matchup on Thursday Night Football against the Minnesota Vikings, but the good news is that the Rams have opened his 21-day window to return from injured reserve, which means he should be back by Week 10 at the latest.

The chatter around the league, spearheaded by ESPN’s own Adam Schefter, pegged Nacua's recovery at about 5-7 weeks, so the hope is we are getting close.
Puka Nacua Fantasy Football Injury Impact
Heading into the 2024 season, all eyes were on Nacua, hoping he’d replicate or even surpass his dazzling rookie campaign. Unfortunately, the football gods had other plans and just like that, the dynamo that electrified the Rams’ offense was sidelined, leaving a void that's been palpable both on the field and in fantasy lineups.
