Today, we will review our Week 4 half-PPR wide receiver rankings for fantasy football as of September 28th. Injuries are piling up as Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams (knee) is out for the season after suffering a torn ACL in his left knee during last Sunday's game against the Vikings.
