ANALYSIS: New Orleans Saints tight end Taysom Hill has a reputation for riding a boom-bust cycle, giving fantasy managers pause when considering adding him to their rosters. Recently, New Orleans has had a deluge of injuries to their skill position players, which may pave the way for more regular use for the jack of all trades.
Wide receivers Rashid Shaheed (knee) and Bub Means (ankle) are on injured reserve, and Chris Olave (concussion) was dealt his second concussion of the season in Week 9. Running backs Jamaal Williams (groin) and Kendre Miller (hamstring) were also inactive on Sunday due to injury.
The lack of personnel gave way to Hill's increased participation, translating to five rushes for 19 yards, a touchdown, and four catches on five targets for 41 receiving yards.
Taysom Hill has only played in four full games this year.
He's been a top-5 PPR fantasy TE in two of those four games.

Hill also had a pass attempt that fell incomplete on Sunday. His experience as a quarterback leaves the door open each week for him to pick up a few extra points through the air.
Hill can be added in 12-team leagues, given the state of the Saints' offense heading into their Week 10 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.
