Zay Flowers Thinks Offense Fits Him Well
2 years agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers, who was a first-round pick in this year's draft, thinks he will be a heavy contributor in Year 1 and said the offense "fits my style perfectly." The Ravens also took a look at Flowers as a punt returner during rookie minicamp over the weekend. Head coach John Harbaugh said the team will "absolutely" consider him as a returner on special teams in his rookie season. "I feel like I'm a complete receiver. I can do it all," Flowers said. "You name it, I'll be able to do it. I honestly don't have a preference, because I feel like I can run every route on the outside, and I can run every route on the inside." The 22-year-old should have a big role right away, but fantasy managers should be wary of overspending in redraft leagues given the Ravens' failure with young receivers in the past.
