2 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Tyler O'Neill (back) was scratched from the starting lineup on Friday against the Los Angeles Dodgers with tightness in his back. Until we know more on O'Neill's condition, fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day. Coming into Friday night's contest, the 27-year-old Canadian was hitting .256 (20-for-78) with four doubles, two home runs, six RBI, a stolen base and 11 runs scored in 85 plate appearances over 24 games played. Hopefully, O'Neill isn't forced to miss too much time and can return to the lineup for fantasy managers at some point this weekend against LA. With O'Neill out, Dylan Carlson got the start in center field on Friday and is hitting ninth against Dodgers right-hander Dustin May.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
