Tremaine Edmunds Emerging As A Leader
5 years agoBuffalo Bills linebacker Tremaine Edmunds is emerging as one of the defensive leaders to help replace Lorenzo Alexander and Kyle Williams, who have moved on in recent seasons. "Well the first guy that comes to mind is just seeing Tremaine's development in this offseason," defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier said. "This virtual offseason. Just the way he has been kind of bringing players together and talking with them, calling them, reaching out to them, going past his own position, the linebackers position." Edmunds just turned 22 years old and had 115 tackles -- his second 110-plus tackle season in as many years -- and nine passes defensed. Buffalo's defense/special teams is a unit on the rise and should be targeted as a top-five fantasy commodity, while Edmunds is also a fringe starter at linebacker in IDP leagues.
