Titans Release Josh Gordon
2 years agoThe Tennessee Titans released wide receiver Josh Gordon from their practice squad on Monday, according to a source. Gordon played in two games for the Titans and didn't record any stats. He'll now look for work elsewhere, but it's highly unlikely at this point that the 31-year-old pass-catcher will make any noise on another team's active roster in 2022. Gordon played four percent of the offensive snaps for the Titans in Week 2 against the Buffalo Bills. In 12 games (seven starts) for the Kansas City Chiefs last year, he had five catches on 14 targets for 32 yards and a touchdowns. An All-Pro in 2013 with the Cleveland Browns, Gordon's NFL tenure has been marred by suspensions and off-the-field issues.
