Miami Dolphins tight end Darren Waller (hip) is expected to make his season debut on Monday Night Football against the Jets. Waller came out of retirement this offseason and was traded to Miami to help replace Jonnu Smith, who posted a strong 2024 campaign. However, injuries have kept Waller sidelined for the first three games of 2025. His return provides a boost of excitement for the Dolphins' offense, but expectations should be tempered. The Jets have been solid against tight ends, allowing the sixth-fewest receiving yards to the position this season. Combined with the likelihood of a limited snap count, Waller is not a startable option in Week 4, though he could develop into a streaming candidate if his role grows.--Nathan Harvey

Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts Sr. was a full participant in practice on Friday and is coming off his third straight game with at least five targets and at least four catches to begin the season. His involvement is a solid increase from 2024, when he garnered 13.7 percent target share, compared to this season's 18.3 percent target share. Unfortunately, this year's targets have been of the shorter variety, with a 5.5 aDOT compared to last season's 8.4 aDOT, and he's yet to receive a red zone look in 2025. Even so, with 15 catches for 135 yards (9.0 average), the 24-year-old stands just outside the top 12 in fantasy scoring at the position thus far, and if he's able to find paydirt in Week 4, he'll be comfortably in the top 12 come Monday. Atlanta's Week 4 opponent, the Washington Commanders, has allowed the ninth-most half-PPR points to tight ends through three weeks, and gave up three scores through the air last Sunday (albeit to a WR). In what should be a competitive game, view the 6-foot-6 tight end as a low-end TE1 for Week 4.--Jarod Rupp

Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews finally broke through the fantasy wall in Week 3 and delivered a monster performance to finish as the TE2 overall. Last season, he posted awful or mediocre performances for the first five weeks and eventually finished as the TE4 with 11 touchdowns. While this has a chance to be the start of a similar trend, Isaiah Likely (foot) may be part of the reason that it doesn't happen. Likely is considered questionable, and the Ravens are hopeful that he suits up for the first time. That doesn't mean Andrews loses all of his value, since he did a lot of his damage with Likely healthy last season as well, but it could make him even riskier of an option. As of right now, Andrews is projected as a low-end TE1 against the Kansas City Chiefs, but the target trend will be something to watch if Likely returns.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller

Baltimore Orioles catcher Adley Rutschman is not in the starting lineup on Saturday for his team's game against the New York Yankees. Rutschman had started three out of four games behind the plate for Baltimore since returning on Tuesday from an oblique injury that caused him to miss more than a month. Samuel Basallo will start at catcher and bat eighth on Saturday against Yankees right-hander Cam Schlittler. Rutschman has struggled through both injuries and underperformance in 2025. Across 361 plate appearances, the 27-year-old has slashed .223/.307/.370 with nine home runs, 29 RBI, and 37 runs scored.--Will Brady

New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson is expected to maintain a heavy workload in Week 4 despite a rough outing last week. Stevenson lost two fumbles in the loss to Pittsburgh, including one near the goal line that could have resulted in a touchdown. Still, head coach Mike Vrabel backed his lead back, saying, "We absolutely need him and his ability." Stevenson draws the Carolina Panthers in Week 4. While Carolina allowed the most fantasy points to running backs in 2024, they've been far more disciplined against the run this season. Stevenson's volume keeps him in play, but his recurring ball-security issues make him a risky start. He profiles as a low-end RB3 this week.--Nathan Harvey

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers was almost nowhere to be found in the game script against the Detroit Lions in Week 3. He received three targets and caught two of them for 13 yards compared to seeing 20 targets through the first two games and hauling in seven receptions in each one. He'll take on the Kansas City Chiefs' secondary in Week 4, which always seems personal after the fumble debacle in the playoffs. In their Week 1 matchup last season, Flowers caught six of his 10 targets for 37 yards and ran for 14 more on two carries. The high volume that he usually receives gives him a higher ceiling, which is why he's projected to finish around a low-end WR1 this week in PPR formats.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller

The Dallas Cowboys' defense is getting healthier ahead of Week 4's Sunday Night Football matchup against the Packers. Jadeveon Clowney is set to make his Cowboys debut, with co-owner Stephen Jones noting he'll play 15-20 snaps. In the secondary, Trevon Diggs (knee) is expected to suit up despite being banged up in Week 3, while DaRon Bland (foot) practiced in full Thursday and Friday and will return after missing time. Despite these reinforcements, Dallas faces a tough challenge against Green Bay's high-powered offense. The Cowboys' defense has struggled out of the gate and remains unstartable in Week 4, but the return of key playmakers is an encouraging sign for their long-term outlook as a fantasy D/ST.--Nathan Harvey

Toronto Blue Jays closer Jeff Hoffman picked up his 33rd save of the season on Friday in his team's 4-2 win over the Tampa Bay Rays. Hoffman walked two batters in the ninth inning, but managed to make it out of the inning without allowing a run. The 32-year-old has had an up-and-down season, pitching to a 9-7 record with a 4.37 ERA, 1.19 WHIP, and 84 strikeouts in 68 innings. However, Hoffman has been effective in the season's final month, allowing just one earned run across 11 appearances in September.--Will Brady

New Orleans Saints tight end Juwan Johnson recorded six receptions for 51 yards on eight targets in Week 3 against the Seahawks. He and starting quarterback Spencer Rattler have built a strong connection, with Rattler targeting him 28 times this season, second-most on the team behind receiver Chris Olave. Johnson ranks fifth in receiving yards among tight ends through three weeks, and his volume shows no signs of slowing. He faces a Bills defense in Week 4 that has been solid against tight ends, allowing just five receptions for 32 yards and one touchdown through three weeks. Despite the tough matchup, Johnson remains a TE1 based on volume alone.--Dakota Legg - RotoBaller

New York Jets quarterback Justin Fields (concussion) has cleared protocol and will start on Monday Night Football against the Miami Dolphins. Fields exited early in Week 2 and missed Week 3, but he is fully removed for Week 4 and set to return. The matchup could not be better. Miami has allowed the second-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season, and Fields has already shown he can thrive against this defense. In his only career meeting with the Dolphins, he exploded for 178 rushing yards and four total touchdowns, finishing with 40.7 fantasy points. With the Jets still searching for their first win, Fields is positioned for a high-upside QB1 performance in Week 4.--Nathan Harvey

New York Yankees first baseman Paul Goldschmidt is in the starting lineup and batting seventh on Saturday against Baltimore Orioles right-hander Tomoyuki Sugano. Goldschmidt's playing time down the stretch of the season has mostly been limited to when the Yankees are facing a left-handed starter. However, with catcher Austin Wells getting the day off, left-handed hitting Ben Rice will start behind the plate, opening up first base for Goldschmidt. The 38-year-old has slashed .278/.330/.406 with 10 home runs, 45 RBI, 76 runs scored, and five stolen bases across 530 plate appearances this season. Goldschmidt has been significantly better against lefties, slashing .338/.413/.574 in 167 plate appearances, compared to .249/.292/.332 in 363 plate appearances against right-handed pitching.--Will Brady

The Pittsburgh Steelers are elevating running back Trey Sermon for Week 4's matchup against the Vikings in Dublin. Sermon was also active in Week 3, when the Steelers carried four running backs against New England, but he was limited to return duties after rookie Kaleb Johnson's Week 2 miscue. With Jaylen Warren (knee) questionable, the Steelers may want additional depth in the backfield, though reports suggest Warren is trending toward playing. That leaves Sermon without a meaningful role on offense. For fantasy purposes, Sermon carries no value in Week 4, though he could contribute in the return game along with backup running back Kenneth Gainwell.--Nathan Harvey

Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry had three fumbles over the last two seasons combined, which included 605 carries. This year, he already has three fumbles in three games across 41 carries. Despite the ball security issues, he's still averaging a touchdown and 80.7 yards per game. Most of that success came in Week 1 when he finished as the RB1 overall, but the last two weeks saw a finish at RB54 and RB21. The Kansas City Chiefs still present a tougher matchup as they're ranked ninth in points allowed per game, and 13th against opposing running backs in fantasy. Henry still won't have the lead blocking of fullback Patrick Ricard (calf), and star tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle) is also questionable. While we wouldn't advise benching Henry (projected to be RB8), this week could prove to be pivotal in the trajectory of the season.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Rashid Shaheed recorded four receptions for 42 yards on six targets in the Week 3 blowout loss to the Seahawks. This was his second straight game with exactly four receptions, and he ranks third on the team in total targets through three weeks. Shaheed remains a big-play threat thanks to his speed, but he faces a Bills defense that has allowed a long reception of just 19 yards or fewer in each of their last two contests. With limited volume, he ranks as a WR3/WR4, though he could be worth a flier as the Saints are likely to have to air it out against Buffalo.--Dakota Legg - RotoBaller

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy (toe) has been removed from the injury report and will return in Week 4 after missing the past two games. Backup Mac Jones handled starts in his absence, but Purdy looked sharp in his lone appearance this season, completing 26 of 35 passes for 277 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions against a tough Seahawks defense in Week 1. Purdy now draws a challenging matchup with the Jaguars, who lead the league in interceptions forced through three weeks. Complicating matters, the 49ers' offensive line remains shaky, and wideouts Jauan Jennings (ankle) and Ricky Pearsall (knee) are both battling injuries. Given the circumstances, Purdy profiles as a safe QB2 in Week 4.--Nathan Harvey

Seattle Mariners first baseman Josh Naylor (groin) left his team's game on Friday against the Los Angeles Dodgers due to "minor groin tightness," according to Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times. The Mariners have the American League West and a spot in the American League Division Series locked up, so it wouldn't be a surprise to see Naylor get the final two games of the regular season off. The 28-year-old has been excellent across 604 plate appearances this season, slashing .295/.353/.462 with 20 home runs, 92 RBI, 81 runs scored, and 30 stolen bases. First baseman/outfielder Luke Raley could be the most likely candidate to step in for Naylor in Seattle if he misses time.--Will Brady

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has still looked every bit of his MVP self through three weeks this year. He currently leads the league in passing touchdowns, passer rating, yards per pass attempt and per completion, passing touchdown percentage, and is third in pass completion percentage. The biggest difference is that he hasn't gone for as many rushing yards per game (39.3) as he has in recent seasons. Despite all of his heroics, the Ravens sit at a 1-2 record and will try to avoid going 1-3 as they take on the also 1-2 Kansas City Chiefs. Last season, in Week 1, Jackson collected 273 yards and a touchdown on 26-for-41 passing with 122 yards on 16 carries. The Chiefs are right around the middle of the pack against opposing QBs so far, but this matchup is usually a bit more personal for Jackson and company. As long as the Ravens' defense continues to look like Swiss cheese, Jackson should continue to deliver for fantasy managers as one of the best options in the league.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman has cooled off considerably since his strong Week 1 breakout. Over the past two games, Coleman has totaled only six receptions for 46 yards, as the Bills have shifted toward a more run-heavy approach. Positive game script has also limited his involvement, with Buffalo holding comfortable leads in Weeks 2 and 3 and relying less on Josh Allen's arm. That trend could continue in Week 4, as the Bills are 15.5-point favorites against the New Orleans Saints. The matchup itself is relatively easy, with New Orleans allowing the 10th-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. Given the reduced usage and expected negative game script, Coleman should be viewed as a risky FLEX play rather than a reliable starter.--Nathan Harvey

New York Yankees catcher Austin Wells is not in the lineup for his team's game against the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday. Ben Rice will take his place behind the plate and bat second. With just two games remaining in the regular season, Wells has slashed .221/.277/.440 with 21 home runs, 71 RBI, 51 runs scored, and five stolen bases across 445 plate appearances. The 26-year-old has ceded some playing time to Rice in the second half of the season, but the Yankees have also found ways to play them both by starting Rice at first base. Wells will likely be back in the lineup tomorrow against Orioles right-hander Kyle Bradish.--Will Brady

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave was a target hog against the Seahawks, seeing 14 of the team's 41 pass attempts. However, he turned his game-high 10 receptions into just 57 yards and is still searching for his first touchdown of the season. Olave and starting quarterback Spencer Rattler have built a strong connection, as he leads the league in targets through three weeks. His volume alone keeps him relevant in fantasy lineups, though Week 4 presents a tough matchup against a Bills defense allowing just 131.3 passing yards per game. Olave is a volume-based WR2/WR3 as the clear No. 1 option in the Saints' passing attack.--Dakota Legg - RotoBaller

New England Patriots star cornerback Christian Gonzalez (hamstring) is expected to return in Week 4 against the Carolina Panthers. Gonzalez was limited in practice all week, but the team anticipates having their lockdown corner back on the field Sunday. New England's secondary has struggled without him, giving up the fourth-most fantasy points to wide receivers through three weeks. Gonzalez's return should help stabilize the unit, especially if he's matched up against rookie wideout Tetairoa McMillan, who has posted 216 yards on 14 receptions but is also questionable with a calf injury. Even if McMillan suits up, this could be a difficult matchup for the rookie against one of the league's top young corners.--Nathan Harvey

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Darnell Mooney did not practice Friday, but it was a rest day for the veteran receiver, not injury-related. Mooney led the team in targets in Week 3 with 11, but was only able to turn it into four catches for 44 scoreless yards. The 27-year-old likely won't garner double-digit targets again this week, but the good news is that he'll take on the Washington Commanders on Sunday. Tre Tucker was able to produce eight catches for 145 yards and three touchdowns in this matchup last week, and the speedy Mooney could do similar damage downfield. The 5-foot-11 wideout owned the highest aDOT on the team in 2024 of 12.3 (Drake London was second with 10.8) and also had the most plays of 20 yards or more with 21 (London had 12). Hopefully Michael Penix Jr. will rebound from his poor showing last week and can feed his receivers the ball. That could be a tall order, though, and Mooney shapes up as a WR4/Flex play with some upside in Week 4.--Jarod Rupp

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara rushed 18 times for 42 yards and caught one of two targets for 14 yards in the Week 3 blowout loss to the Seahawks. Head coach Kellen Moore continues to rely on Kamara, who ranks ninth in the league with 50 carries through three weeks. His involvement in the passing game has been sporadic, averaging just 3.3 targets per game compared to his career average of 6.25. Fellow back Kendre Miller also saw increased action in Week 3, recording a season-high nine touches as the game slipped away. Kamara will need to carry the load against the Bills, making him an RB2, but it comes with some snap-risk if the game falls out of hand.--Dakota Legg - RotoBaller

New Orleans Saints rookie quarterback Tyler Shough saw his first NFL action at the end of Week 3's 44-13 blowout loss to the Seahawks. He failed to complete either of his two pass attempts, but his appearance marked the first time he had stepped on the field in a regular-season game. The Saints now travel to Buffalo in Week 4 to face a Bills defense that has been dominant against the pass, allowing just 131.3 passing yards per game. Current starter Spencer Rattler is now 0-9, meaning the door may be opening for Shough to take over starting duties eventually. He is off the radar for now, but it would not be surprising to see him take over the starting spot if losses keep piling up.--Dakota Legg - RotoBaller

New Orleans Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler went 28-for-39 for 218 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Week 3's blowout loss to the Seahawks. The interception was his first turnover of the season, which was one of the few positives in what has otherwise been a rough beginning for New Orleans. Life won't get easier for the young quarterback, as the Saints now head to Buffalo to face a Bills defense allowing just 131.3 passing yards per game. Rattler is still searching for his first career win, sitting at 0-9 as a starter, and it wouldn't be surprising if rookie quarterback Tyler Shough sees action in a game that isn't expected to be close. Rattler should remain far from fantasy lineups this week.--Dakota Legg - RotoBaller

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield (bicep) and left tackle Tristan Wirfs (knee) are expected to play in Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Philadelphia Eagles, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Both players are listed as questionable. Mayfield has looked great through three games, totaling six touchdowns and zero interceptions while ranking as the overall QB10. His protection has taken a step back this year due to offensive line injuries, but he'll get a major reinforcement this week with Wirfs back in the mix. Wirfs missed the first three games of the season but could return to play every offensive snap in Week 4. His presence is key as the Buccaneers work to protect Mayfield's blindside.--Andersen Pickard

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin (ankle) is expected to play in Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Philadelphia Eagles, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. With that said, it's worth noting that NFL Network's Ian Rapoport indicated that Godwin could be on a snap count for his 2025 season debut. Even if he doesn't play a full array of snaps, Godwin is still an intriguing fantasy option. He excelled before getting hurt last year and should pick up right where he left off as he fills the void of Mike Evans (hamstring). He should be viewed as a mid-to-low WR2 this weekend, with the potential to climb up rankings even further going forward.--Andersen Pickard

Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin (quad) will not be placed on injured reserve as he works to recover from an injury suffered in Week 3 against the Las Vegas Raiders, according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN. However, there is still some uncertainty surrounding his status, as he is being evaluated on a week-to-week basis and does not have a specific timetable for his return. The 31-year-old could be headed for a multi-game absence, putting Deebo Samuel Sr. in line to rank as a low-end WR2 while Zach Ertz, Jaylin Lane, and Luke McCaffrey also see opportunity spikes, too.--Andersen Pickard

Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels (knee) was pushing to play against the Atlanta Falcons before ultimately being ruled out, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Instead, Daniels is now targeting a Week 5 return. Fowler noted that the former No. 2 pick could have possibly played this week if he were an older, less-mobile quarterback, but the fact that he likes to run with the football makes it tougher for him to play through a knee issue. Marcus Mariota will start at quarterback once again this week.--Andersen Pickard

Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski offered a shoutout to quarterback Shedeur Sanders heading into Week 4 against the Detroit Lions. "[Sanders] has done a good job," Stefanski said. "I think all our guys feel like they're ready and they're working hard." These comments paint a slight picture of Sanders' potential role going forward, but they also fail to differentiate him from fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel or even current veteran starter Joe Flacco. Flacco earned himself some of the coaches' trust last week as he led the Browns to a victory over the Packers, who had been 2-0. As for Sanders, he'll continue to watch from the sideline and can be dropped in all redraft leagues.--Andersen Pickard
