Anaheim Ducks goaltender Lukas Dostal (lower body) is day-to-day, the team announced Monday. Dostal has logged only 31 minutes of preseason action and may now be done for the remainder of the preseason due to a lower-body injury. Anaheim will likely want to avoid all risks with their No. 1 netminder, who earned a five-year, $32.5 million contract extension this offseason. Last term, Dostal had a 23-23-7 record over 49 starts. He collected one shutout and produced a 3.10 goals-against average with a .903 save percentage. Petr Mrazek and Ville Husso will serve as Dostal's backups this season.--Taavi Pailk
