Lamar Jackson Will Continue to Build on Stellar Season in Week 4
Lamar Jackson has still looked every bit of his MVP self through three weeks this year. He currently leads the league in passing touchdowns, passer rating, yards per pass attempt and per completion, passing touchdown percentage, and is third in pass completion percentage. The biggest difference is that he hasn't gone for as many rushing yards per game (39.3) as he has in recent seasons. Despite all of his heroics, the Ravens sit at a 1-2 record and will try to avoid going 1-3 as they take on the also 1-2 Kansas City Chiefs. Last season, in Week 1, Jackson collected 273 yards and a touchdown on 26-for-41 passing with 122 yards on 16 carries. The Chiefs are right around the middle of the pack against opposing QBs so far, but this matchup is usually a bit more personal for Jackson and company. As long as the Ravens' defense continues to look like Swiss cheese, Jackson should continue to deliver for fantasy managers as one of the best options in the league.
