Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. has been a bright spot in fantasy so far in what has otherwise been a struggling offense. Entering the season, the Jaguars were expected to have a clear passing attack hierarchy and unclear rushing hierarchy, but it has actually been the other way around. Etienne Jr. has taken full control of the lead back role after Tank Bigsby was traded to the Eagles. He had a huge Week 1 and has tapered off since, but he has maintained high volume, giving him an RB2 floor. The 49ers have a good rushing defense this season, but volume is king for running backs in fantasy. Etienne Jr. should be slightly downgraded this week, but managers should still feel fine starting him.--Seth Quinn - RotoBaller

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Jake Browning will look to get the team back on track with a win over the Broncos on Monday night. With Joe Burrow (toe) out of the equation, Browning has gotten some action in the last two weeks. Unfortunately, the 29-year-old hasn't played well, combining for 381 yards, three touchdowns, and five interceptions off 40-for-59 passing. Granted, the offense wasn't operating at its best even with Burrow under center. Still, Browning is hard to trust in Week 4 and beyond, and that won't change anytime soon until the offense can get on the same page. Keep the signal-caller out of all fantasy lineups.--Dennis Clausen

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence isn't the best starting option in Week 4 against the San Francisco 49ers. The offense has been just alright to start the year despite facing two weak defenses and one stronger defense. Lawrence has not been good from a fantasy perspective, with his best performance coming in Week 2 with just 17 fantasy points, partly due to throwing two interceptions. The talented pieces are in place around him, but Lawrence still hasn't shown much life with the offensive-minded Liam Coen now the head coach. Until Lawrence proves otherwise, he will continue to be an underwhelming fantasy asset, just as he's been underwhelming for a first overall pick during his career. Fantasy managers should look for other options at quarterback in Week 4.--Seth Quinn - RotoBaller

Carolina Panthers rookie wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan (calf) is "good to go" for his team's Week 4 matchup against the New England Patriots, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. McMillan was limited all week in practice due to a calf injury and is officially listed as questionable on the injury report, but it appears he'll be able to suit up on Sunday. The Patriots are getting top cornerback Christian Gonzalez (hamstring) back from a hamstring injury, which could make life more difficult for McMillan. Still, McMillan has established himself as the top option for Panthers quarterback Bryce Young by recording 14 catches for 216 yards on 27 targets through his first three games of 2025. The 22-year-old rookie is a must-start fantasy wide receiver in Week 4 against New England.--Will Brady

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase was the No. 1 fantasy option for most entering the 2025 campaign. The former LSU Tiger is coming off a quality season, amassing 127 catches (175 targets) for 1,708 yards and 17 touchdowns. Unfortunately, things didn't go well through the first three weeks. Granted, Chase had 14 receptions for 165 yards and a touchdown in the Week 2 win over the Jaguars. However, he combined for seven grabs for 76 yards in Weeks 1 and 3. Joe Burrow (toe) won't be back on the field anytime soon, meaning the offense will operate with Jake Browning under center, at least for now. With that said, there's not a scenario where Chase shouldn't be starting in any fantasy format, although managers may continue to be disappointed until the offense can turn things around. In all fairness, he can't take all of the blame for his unproductive year so far. Still, this is the situation fantasy managers are faced with at the moment, so he's tough to trust in Week 4 versus the Denver Broncos.--Dennis Clausen

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (personal) was not at practice on Saturday, but is expected to play in his team's Week 4 matchup against the New York Jets on Monday night, according to Joe Schad of the Palm Beach Post. Hill has recorded 15 catches for 198 yards and a touchdown on 23 targets through his first three games of 2025. If Hill were to miss Week 4, Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle and running back De'Von Achane would likely see an uptick in targets. Assuming Hill can suit up, he profiles as a solid fantasy WR2 in Week 4 against the Jets.--Will Brady

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. (wrist) has been a massive disappointment so far this season, and should be viewed as a WR2 until he proves otherwise. The wrist injury may be part of it, but this week at least he has had full participation in practice. He is too talented of a player to consider benching, but he hasn't earned WR1 status yet. The Jaguars also have been inconsistent on offense and the San Francisco 49ers have a solid defense, so this isn't a prime game for Thomas Jr. to breakout and get out of his funk. The second-year receiver is always capable of having a huge game based on his stellar rookie season, but for now, fantasy managers should refrain from getting their hopes up too high.--Seth Quinn - RotoBaller

Chicago Bears kicker Cairo Santos has had a quiet start to his 17th NFL season, making just two field goals and adding 10 extra points through three games. He currently ranks 29th in fantasy points among kickers, despite Chicago's offense performing well. Head coach Ben Johnson's aggressive approach (going for four fourth downs in field-goal range in the first three games) has limited Santos' opportunities. Week 4 brings a potential high-scoring matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, which could lead to more attempts. Still, his lack of production early in 2025 makes him unstartable in most fantasy formats this week.--Nathan Harvey

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Tolbert has recorded six catches for 40 yards on 12 targets through three games this season. He should be in line for an increase in targets with star Cowboys wideout CeeDee Lamb (ankle) currently sidelined by a high ankle sprain. However, Tolbert will face a difficult matchup in Week 4 against the Green Bay Packers. Green Bay's defense has allowed the sixth-fewest passing yards (567) and fifth-fewest passing touchdowns (three) through the first three weeks of 2025. Tolbert could be the number two wide receiver in Dallas alongside George Pickens, but he'll likely be the number three target-earner at best behind Pickens and tight end Jake Ferguson. Tolbert could be a desperation flex option in deep leagues, but should be avoided by fantasy managers where possible in Week 4.--Will Brady

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud III played his usual role in Week 3, lining up on 70 percent of the snaps and tallying two catches on five targets for 20 yards and no touchdowns. Week 4 should bring more of the same, but ranking fifth on the team in target share with 11.5 percent is a big drop from 2024's 16.1 percent, and with one touchdown all last season, there's little chance of the 28-year-old finding the end zone. The Washington Commanders, Atlanta's opponent this week, have been much more vulnerable through the air than on the ground in 2025, but that does little to change the outlook for McCloud on Sunday. The seventh-year pro should be avoided where possible, even in PPR formats.--Jarod Rupp

The Chicago Bears' defense has struggled to start the 2025 season, and it may not get better in Week 4. Their defense has given up the fourth-most yards (387) and over 30 points per game. Injuries continue to plague the unit, with CB Jaylon Johnson, LB T.J. Edwards, and DL Gradey Jarrett all ruled out for Week 4 against the Raiders. The Raiders present a favorable matchup, ranking in the bottom ten in yards and points, and with QB Geno Smith throwing the second-most interceptions. However, Chicago's depleted roster makes them a high-risk fantasy play. Health is critical, and with key starters sidelined, the Bears D/ST remains unreliable in Week 4, despite the matchup.--Nathan Harvey

Cincinnati Bengals running back Chase Brown is coming off a quality year. Unfortunately, that success didn't follow him into the 2025 campaign. Through the first three weeks, the 25-year-old has 47 attempts. However, he's only amassed 93 yards for a miserable 2.0 yards per carry. With that said, Brown can't necessarily take all of the blame for his inefficiency, considering the entire offense has struggled. That was even the case when Joe Burrow (toe) was on the field. The Bengals suffered a blowout loss to the Vikings in Week 3 after starting the season with a 2-0 record, so the club will look to get on track versus the Denver Broncos on Monday night. Without question, Brown has plenty of upside for managers in any format. Still, until things on the offensive side of the ball are sorted out, Brown's presence in fantasy lineups in Week 4 (and beyond) is not without risk.--Dennis Clausen

Cincinnati Bengals tight end Noah Fant (concussion) has been ruled out for his team's Week 4 matchup against the Denver Broncos on Monday night. Fant has recorded 12 catches for 80 yards and a touchdown on 14 targets through his first three games of 2025. In his absence, Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki could see a larger role in the passing game. Gesicki has logged five catches for 38 yards on 10 targets so far this season. The 29-year-old will still likely split snaps with fellow Bengals tight ends Drew Sample and Tanner Hudson, and Gesicki will remain behind star wideouts Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins in the target pecking order in Cincinnati. All Bengals tight ends should be avoided by fantasy managers in Week 4.--Will Brady

The Indianapolis Colts defense has been solid through the first three weeks of the season, allowing just 18.7 points per game to opposing offenses. They will look to keep it going in a Week 4 road matchup against the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams have yet to hit their stride on offense this season as they are allowing the 13th-most fantasy points per game to opposing D/STs. That being said, this still sets up as a tough road matchup for Indy, making them a low-end fantasy option heading into Sunday's slate of games.--Matt Terelle

Chicago Bears tight end Cole Kmet could see an expanded role in Week 4. He scored a touchdown on his lone target in Week 3, bringing his season totals to four receptions for 70 yards and one touchdown through three games. With rookie Colston Loveland (hip) listed as questionable, Kmet may see more targets and opportunities against the Las Vegas Raiders, who have allowed the fifth-fewest fantasy points to tight ends this season. If Loveland plays, Kmet remains unstartable in fantasy. However, if Loveland sits, Kmet projects as a high-end TE2 for Week 4.--Nathan Harvey

The Baltimore Ravens defense/special teams has looked the worst they ever have in recent memory. That even includes the shaky start to last season. They're ranked 31st in points allowed per game and passing yards allowed per game, while sitting at 30th in rushing yards allowed. Their best defensive lineman, Nnamdi Madubuike (neck), remains sidelined, and Kyle Van Noy (hamstring) is considered questionable. Even though the Kansas City Chiefs haven't looked too great, this defense has looked even worse. They're currently projected as the DST18, so there are plenty of better matchups and options for those looking for defensive streamers.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller

Los Angeles Chargers rookie tight end Oronde Gadsden was active for the first time in Week 3 and logged an impressive debut, recording five catches for 46 yards on seven targets. With Chargers tight end Will Dissly (knee) set to miss a second straight game, Gadsden could again see heavy involvement in the passing game in Week 4 against the New York Giants. It's worth noting that Gadsden logged the same amount of snaps (22) as Chargers tight end Tyler Conklin in Week 3, and both were outsnapped by Chargers tight end Tucker Fisk (29). Gadsden's big performance in Week 3 could lead to more playing time, but he's likely to continue splitting reps to at least some degree in Los Angeles. Gadsden should not yet be trusted as a fantasy starter, but he's a player to monitor at the tight end position, particularly in deep leagues.--Will Brady

Baltimore Ravens kicker Tyler Loop finished outside of K1 territory for the first time in Week 3. The biggest reason is that the Ravens weren't settling for field goals as they tried to claw out a comeback win in the fourth quarter against the Detroit Lions. Still, Loop made a 41-yarder and all three of his extra point attempts. The offense should still be able to move the ball downfield in their Week 4 matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs, and they'll especially need more points if the defense continues to give up the most points in the league. That means Loop should see plenty of opportunities, which keeps him in K1 territory heading into this matchup.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller

Atlanta Falcons running back Tyler Allgeier disappeared from the offense last week, with the Falcons playing from behind the entire game, and the running backs finally giving way to Nathan Carter (hamstring) in the fourth quarter of the 30-0 blowout loss to the Panthers. This week's game should be more competitive, with a relatively low over/under (43.5) and the Falcons as only slight favorites (-2.5). That should give Allgeier a chance to get back on track after recording double-digit carries the first two weeks, and even finding the end zone once. Still, averaging just 3.9 yards per carry will limit his upside, and the 25-year-old is not typically involved in the passing attack (two catches for four yards in '25), so view him as nothing more than a middling RB4 or a speculative Flex play, as well as a handcuff for Bijan Robinson managers.--Jarod Rupp

Chicago Bears rookie tight end Colston Loveland (hip) is questionable for Week 4 against the Raiders. After missing practice on Wednesday and Thursday, he returned in a limited fashion on Friday, giving him a chance to suit up. Even if active, Loveland's fantasy outlook remains minimal. He played 55% of the snaps in Weeks 1 and 2, well behind starter Cole Kmet's 91% snap share. The matchup also doesn't help, as Las Vegas has allowed the fifth-fewest fantasy points to tight ends this season. With the Bears heading into their bye in Week 5, the team could lean cautious with Loveland's usage. He should remain on fantasy benches.--Nathan Harvey

Chicago Bears rookie wide receiver Luther Burden III flashed big-play ability in Week 3's blowout win over the Cowboys, catching all three of his targets for 101 yards and a touchdown. He also logged a season-high 31% snap share, showing growth in his role. Despite the breakout performance, Burden's overall usage still limits his fantasy relevance. Through three games, he has played just 25% of the snaps, well behind Rome Odunze (95%), D.J. Moore (88%), and Olamide Zaccheaus (48%). Burden gets another favorable matchup in Week 4 against a Raiders secondary that has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. However, until his role becomes more consistent, Burden remains unstartable in fantasy this week.--Nathan Harvey

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy (shoulder) has been cleared for Week 4 and will be active on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens. Worthy dislocated his shoulder early in Week 1 and has missed Kansas City's last two games as a result. With Chiefs wideout Rashee Rice still sidelined by a suspension, Worthy should be the number one option for quarterback Patrick Mahomes upon his return. The speedy 22-year-old recorded 59 catches for 638 yards and six touchdowns across 17 games as a rookie in 2024. The Ravens' defense has struggled to contain explosive plays so far in 2025, allowing the fourth-most pass plays of 20 or more yards (12) through the first three weeks of the season. As long as Worthy's shoulder holds up, he should have a few chances to make plays down the field on Sunday. Worthy profiles as a high-end fantasy WR3/flex option in Week 4.--Will Brady

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins is currently sitting in WR3 territory through three weeks of the season in half-PPR formats. He produced two solid weeks in the first two games after hauling in touchdowns both times. He's only averaged two targets per game, however, and his role isn't going to increase if Isaiah Likely (foot) returns in Week 4. There could be some added motivation to get him the ball against his former team in the Kansas City Chiefs, but Hopkins remains a touchdown-dependent fantasy option. He's projected to finish as the WR75, which means he's a very risky flex option in deeper leagues this week.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller

Chicago Bears wide receiver D.J. Moore finally found the end zone in Week 3, his first touchdown of the 2025 season. It's been a slow start for the veteran, who has caught 12 of 16 targets for 135 yards and one score through three games. With second-year breakout Rome Odunze taking over as Chicago's WR1, Moore has seen a shift in usage, even taking on a hybrid role with six carries for 15 yards. Quarterback Caleb Williams even compared him to a potential "Deebo Samuel" piece in the offense. Moore gets a favorable matchup in Week 4 against a Raiders defense that has given up the fourth-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. While no longer the locked-in fantasy option he once was, Moore still carries upside and profiles as a high-end WR3 against a vulnerable secondary.--Nathan Harvey

Chicago Bears wideout Rome Odunze gets a homecoming matchup this week in Las Vegas, where he grew up. The second-year receiver is off to a blazing start, catching 16 of 27 targets for 227 yards and a league-leading four touchdowns. He's established himself as Chicago's WR1, logging a 95% snap share and running a route on 100% of dropbacks. Odunze now draws a favorable matchup against a Raiders defense that has surrendered the fourth-most fantasy points to wide receivers in 2025. Big plays have already burned this secondary, with Terry McLaurin, Kayshon Boutte, and Quentin Johnston all finding success. In a game projected to feature plenty of scoring, Odunze profiles as a low-end WR1 for Week 4.--Nathan Harvey

Chicago Bears rookie running back Kyle Monangai has moved past Roschon Johnson as the team's RB2. Monangai has logged 13 carries for 44 yards and added three catches for 23 yards, playing on 29% of Chicago's snaps. Johnson, meanwhile, has yet to see an offensive snap in 2025. Starter D'Andre Swift continues to lead the backfield but has struggled to find rhythm, averaging just 3.5 yards per carry. This week brings a difficult matchup against a Raiders defense that has allowed the 10th-fewest fantasy points to running backs. With Swift (hip) questionable to play in Week 4, Monangai's value could substantially increase if Swift weren't able to suit up. For now, Monangai remains off the fantasy radar, but his steady role as the No. 2 option could grow in value with the Bears heading into their bye week in Week 5.--Nathan Harvey

Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift (hip) is listed as questionable for Week 4 against the Raiders. Swift was limited in practice throughout the week, but early signs suggest he's trending toward suiting up on Sunday. Through three games, he's logged 42 carries for 149 yards and a touchdown, along with nine receptions for 63 yards. While the numbers don't jump off the page, there are some positives point to better days ahead. The Bears' offense has been rolling under new head coach Ben Johnson, ranking ninth in points scored and coming off a statement win over Dallas. Swift has also been the clear lead back, handling 66% of the snaps and dominating backfield touches. Week 4 brings a matchup with the Las Vegas Raiders, who have allowed the 10th-fewest fantasy points to running backs this season. In a game that projects to be high scoring, Swift should again see steady usage, and any trip to the end zone would push him into RB2 territory, assuming he's good to go.--Nathan Harvey

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman is usually good for a couple of pop-off games throughout the season, and he did just that in Week 3. After hauling in five receptions for 63 yards and a touchdown against the Detroit Lions, he came in as the WR15 in half-PPR formats. The issue is that he usually doesn't consistently string good performances together. Last season, he had a few WR1 and WR2 finishes, but they were never in back-to-back games. Now, he'll take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4, and the last time they played last year, he registered two receptions for 53 yards on five targets. Bateman is very hard to trust, even as a flex option, in most leagues, regardless of scoring format.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller

Philadelphia Phillies closer Jhoan Duran notched his 32nd save of the season on Friday in a 3-1 win over his former team, the Minnesota Twins. Duran allowed two hits, but did not give up a run and struck out two in his one inning of work. The 27-year-old has been a bit shaky of late, allowing six hits and three earned runs over his last five appearances. Overall, Duran's numbers on the season are rock solid. Across 70 innings split between Minnesota and Philadelphia, Duran is 7-6 with a 2.06 ERA, 1.10 WHIP, and 80 strikeouts to go along with his career-high 32 saves.--Will Brady

Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams is off to a scorching start in his sophomore season. Williams is averaging 23.8 fantasy points per game, ranking as the QB3 behind only Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen. The arrival of head coach Ben Johnson has transformed the Bears' offense, and Williams is thriving in the system. Week 4 sets up as another strong spot. The Bears face the Las Vegas Raiders, who allowed the eighth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks in 2024. This year, they've already surrendered a 115+ QBR in back-to-back weeks, most recently getting lit up by Marcus Mariota and the Commanders for 41 points on offense. With elite efficiency, rushing upside, and a favorable matchup, Williams is locked in as a high-end QB1 for Week 4. Expect his early-season dominance to continue in Las Vegas.--Nathan Harvey
