Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Darnell Mooney (hamstring) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Washington Commanders in Week 4. He exited during the second half and was initially listed as questionable before being downgraded to out. Mooney caught just one pass for 15 yards before his departure, but his role seemed to be trending upward after he earned 11 targets in Week 3. Ray-Ray McCloud will operate as the No. 2 wide receiver alongside Drake London until Mooney is healthy enough to play.--Andersen Pickard

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Mac Jones (knee) is active for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He had been listed as questionable. Jones led the 49ers to a pair of victories in place of Brock Purdy (shoulder) over the last two weeks, and while he played admirably, he'll head back to the bench with Purdy healthy. Jones can be dropped to waivers in all redraft leagues.--Andersen Pickard

Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift (hip) is officially active for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Las Vegas Raiders. He was listed as questionable after being a limited participant in practice. Swift has delivered modest production through the first three games of the season, amassing 143 rushing yards, 69 receiving yards, and one touchdown. He ranks as the 24th-best running back in terms of fantasy scoring but should really be viewed as a mid-to-low RB3/flex, especially given that his snap share has declined since Week 1. We could see more Kyle Monangai on Sunday, but Swift will still be the primary option.--Andersen Pickard

Chicago Bears tight end Colston Loveland (hip) is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the Las Vegas Raiders. The rookie had been listed as questionable. He missed two practices before being able to log a limited session Friday, but it evidently wasn't quite enough for him to play this week. Loveland has operated in a depth role this season, catching just three of his six targets through three games. On the other hand, Cole Kmet has played at least 90 percent of the snaps in all three contests so far, so he remains an interesting fantasy option whose value will only increase with Loveland sidelined. Kmet should be viewed as a mid-range TE2 for the duration of Loveland's absence.--Andersen Pickard

Las Vegas Raiders running back Zamir White (coach's decision) is a healthy scratch for Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Chicago Bears. White had operated as the direct backup to Ashton Jeanty for each of the first three weeks of the season, but it appears that he has fallen to fourth on the depth chart for the time being. Dylan Laube and Raheem Mostert will be active as depth options behind Jeanty.--Andersen Pickard

Los Angeles Chargers left tackle Joe Alt (ankle) has been downgraded to out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 4 contest against the New York Giants. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the team believes that Alt suffered a high-ankle sprain, but additional testing will be conducted to confirm his diagnosis. The former first-round pick has been a staple of the Chargers' offensive line. He had played every snap of the 2025 season prior to Sunday's injury, and he also played 100 percent of the snaps in 16 different games as a rookie last year. Austin Deculus will be tasked with protecting Justin Herbert's blindside for the duration of Alt's absence.--Andersen Pickard

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Darnell Mooney (hamstring) is questionable to return against the Washington Commanders in Week 4. He exited during the second half and caught just one pass for 15 yards before his departure. The 27-year-old has seen mixed results this season, as his usage was underwhelming in Week 2 and the start of Week 4. However, he was heavily involved last week, converting 11 targets into four catches. What seemed like a potential ascension into a 1B role for Mooney has been halted as he now battles a hamstring injury. In the meantime, Kyle Pitts and Ray-Ray McCloud will operate as some of the supplementary pass catchers behind Drake London.--Andersen Pickard

New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers (knee) is believed to have suffered a torn ACL during his team's Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers, according to Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. Nabers was carted off during the first half after planting awkwardly on his knee. The superstar wideout recorded two catches for 20 yards on three targets before getting injured. Losing Nabers is a devastating blow for the Giants' offense. Without him, wide receivers Darius Slayton and Wan'Dale Robinson should both be expected to see an uptick in targets.--Will Brady

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Dyami Brown (shoulder) is inactive for his team's Week 4 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers due to a shoulder injury. Brown has recorded 10 catches for 116 yards and a touchdown through his first three games of 2025. In his absence, Jaguars wide receivers Brian Thomas Jr. and Parker Washington should see an uptick in targets. Additionally, rookie wideout/cornerback Travis Hunter could see a larger workload on the offensive side of the ball to make up for Brown being sidelined. Both Washington and Hunter profile as low-end, deep-league flex options in Week 4.--Will Brady

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings (ankle, shoulder) is officially active for his team's Week 4 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. Jennings missed Week 3 and was only able to log one limited practice this week. The 28-year-old has recorded seven catches for 105 yards and a touchdown on 15 targets across two games so far in 2025. Jennings may be working on a limited snap count in Week 4, so fantasy managers may be wise to temper their expectations. He profiles as a WR3/flex option against Jacksonville in Week 4.--Will Brady

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams (hamstring) is officially active for his team's Week 4 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. Adams missed practice on both Wednesday and Thursday of this week and was listed on the injury report as questionable heading into Sunday. The veteran wideout has recorded 13 catches for 213 yards and two touchdowns so far in 2025. Now that he's officially good to go, Adams is a must-start fantasy wide receiver in Week 4 against the Colts.--Will Brady

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman (hamstring) has been ruled out for the remainder of his team's Week 4 matchup against the Detroit Lions due to a hamstring injury. Tillman had one catch for six yards on two targets before getting injured. The 25-year-old is a key piece of the Cleveland passing game. In his absence, Browns wide receivers Jerry Jeudy and Isaiah Bond will likely see an uptick in both playing time and target share.--Will Brady

New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers (knee) has been carted off the field from his team's Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers due to a knee injury, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Nabers had recorded two catches for 20 yards on three targets before getting injured. Losing Nabers would be a devastating blow for the Giants' offense. While the severity of his injury is not yet known, it's not a good sign that he was unable to leave the field under his own power. If Nabers is sidelined, Giants wide receivers Darius Slayton and Wan'Dale Robinson would likely see an increase in targets.--Will Brady

Carolina Panthers wide receiver David Moore (elbow) has been ruled out for the remainder of his team's Week 4 matchup against the New England Patriots, according to Joseph Person of The Athletic. Moore had not been targeted before getting injured, but he had recorded a 12-yard carry. With Moore sidelined, Panthers wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan should see an even larger role in the passing game. Wideouts Hunter Renfrow and Brycen Tremayne should also see an increased target share.--Will Brady

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers completed 18 of 22 pass attempts for 200 yards and a touchdown in a Week 4 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Rodgers has now thrown for 786 yards, eight touchdowns, and three interceptions through his first four games in Pittsburgh. The 41-year-old didn't light up the stat sheet against Minnesota, but he was able to be fairly efficient without turning the football over. Rodgers profiles as a low-end fantasy QB2 at best and will be on his bye week in Week 5.--Will Brady

According to ESPN's Shams Charania, free-agent forward/center Al Horford agreed to a multi-year deal to join the Warriors. This has seemingly been in the works. However, negotiations with restricted free-agent Jonathan Kuminga stalled the process. The 2007 No. 3 overall pick averaged 9.0 points and 6.2 rebounds last season. While he wasn't consistently reliable for fantasy managers throughout the 2024 campaign, he still had some productive showings. With that said, it's hard to imagine Horford logging more than 60 games this season. It's also realistic to assume he'll miss time with an injury. Still, the veteran has double-double upside, especially when he starts, which seems to be the plan. Horford is efficient from the charity stripe and can get hot from behind the arc. Unfortunately, his presence could mean that Moses Moody will come off the bench. That may also apply at times to Draymond Green.--Dennis Clausen

The Los Angeles Chargers saw one of their most important players carted off the field Sunday when left tackle Joe Alt (ankle) had to depart the game against the New York Giants. Officially, the Chargers listed Alt as questionable to return, but the presence of the cart is very rarely a good sign for injuries. If Alt faces an extended absence, the Chargers will need to rely on their depth to product quarterback Justin Herbert's blind side.--Nick Piotrowicz

Minnesota Vikings running back Zavier Scott had the best game of his young career Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers, catching six passes for 43 yards and a touchdown in the Vikings' 24-21 defeat. The former undrafted free agent rushed only twice for one yard, but Minnesota trailed by 18 at one point and called only 18 designed running plays in the game. With running back Aaron Jones (hamstring) out until at least Week 7, Scott could have some streaming value behind starter Jordan Mason, especially in PPR leagues. As a converted wide receiver, his pass-catching ability should keep him on the radar as the Vikings prepare to take on Cleveland in Week 5.--Nick Piotrowicz

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison put together a productive performance in his return to the field on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers, hauling in four passes for 114 yards in the Vikings' 24-21 defeat. Playing in his first game after a three-week suspension, the third-year receiver nearly had an even bigger day, but was tripped up at the one-yard line following an 81-yard catch in the fourth quarter. Addison saw an encouraging eight targets in the game and produced despite Minnesota's offensive struggles behind backup quarterback Carson Wentz. The Vikings' biggest issue going forward will be injuries on the offensive line, which will have its hands full with the Cleveland Browns in Week 5.--Nick Piotrowicz

The Carolina Panthers deemed wide receiver David Moore (elbow) questionable to return to Sunday's game against the New England Patriots. The veteran wide receiver had a 12-yard rush at the time of his exit from the game, but had no targets in the passing game. On a struggling Panthers offense, Moore doesn't carry much value outside of very deep formats, and even in those, he's not generally a recommended option for a starting lineup. UPDATE: Moore has been ruled out for the rest of the game.--Nick Piotrowicz

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson was back to his old self Sunday against Pittsburgh, piling up 10 catches and 126 yards on a game-high 11 targets in a 24-21 loss. It helped his fantasy cause that Minnesota trailed nearly the entire game, but most encouraging for fantasy managers was the fact that the Vikings once again made it a point to target their best receiver early and often. With Jordan Addison (suspension) back in the lineup and also going over 100 yards, Jefferson should hopefully see even more games like Sunday. The biggest concern going forward for Minnesota is the number of injuries on the offensive line, which will be worth watching ahead of a Week 5 matchup against Cleveland.--Nick Piotrowicz

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Carson Wentz was mostly ineffective on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but ended with strong fantasy numbers thanks to 46 passing attempts, 30 completions, 350 passing yards and two touchdowns in a 24-21 loss. The Vikings' backup struggled overall to operate the offense, holding the ball to the tune of six sacks, throwing two picks, and nearly being intercepted twice on the Vikings' final drive, on which he committed a back-breaking intentional grounding penalty. Wentz is likely to earn at least one more start with J.J. McCarthy (ankle) injured, but he'll have a tough matchup next week with the Vikings' beat-up line facing Cleveland's excellent defensive front.--Nick Piotrowicz

An 80-yard touchdown catch set up Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf for a nice fantasy performance Sunday against Minnesota, as he concluded his day with five catches for 126 yards and the aforementioned touchdown in a 24-21 win. The first-year Steeler drew only five targets, one fewer than running back Kenneth Gainwell, but did maximum damage with them, including the long touchdown in which he outran the Minnesota secondary. As Pittsburgh's top receiver, Metcalf should continue to be a solid fantasy WR2 after the Steelers' Week 5 bye.--Nick Piotrowicz

With Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren (knee) inactive on Sunday, Kenneth Gainwell performed well in the lead role, putting up 134 total yards and two touchdowns in a win against the Minnesota Vikings. Crucially, Gainwell was a highly involved pass catcher who saw a team-high six targets, all of which he caught, for 35 yards. He added 99 rushing yards on 19 carries and a pair of touchdowns, a well-rounded day for managers who made him a late addition to their starting lineups. But with Pittsburgh on a bye in Week 5 and Warren likely to be back, Gainwell will likely return to the No. 2 role when the Steelers are back in action.--Nick Piotrowicz

Noah Gragson of Front Row Motorsports will start the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway this week from the 14th position. Gragson outqualified his two FRM teammates and was the only driver from the team to collect a starting position inside the top 20. In six Cup starts at Kansas, Gragson has five top-20 finishes and an average finish of 17.7. In 30 races completed this season, Gragson has eight top-20 finishes and an average finish of 25.0. In practice for this week's race, Gragson ranked 19th in overall lap averages, eighth in 10 consecutive lap averages, and sixth in 15 consecutive lap averages. Although Gragson does not offer as much upside as some drivers in the value tier, he does have favorable track history at Kansas and fast practice speeds. Gragson is best suited for tournament lineups and can be a sneaky DFS option for this week's race.--Sean Engel - RotoBaller

New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson is warming up with the team's top offensive unit before the Week 4 contest against the visiting Carolina Panthers on Sunday, according to Boston Sports beat writer Alex Barth. Despite losing two crucial fumbles in last week's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, head coach Mike Vrabel said that Stevenson wouldn't lose playing time going into this weekend's game against Carolina. The fact that Stevenson is warming up with the starting offensive unit seems to support this. Stevenson could get the "start" against the Panthers, but it doesn't mean that rookie TreVeyon Henderson won't lead New England's backfield on Sunday, especially if Stevenson puts the ball on the ground again. Given his ball-security issues, Stevenson is an incredibly shaky RB3/flex option for fantasy managers in Week 4.--Keith Hernandez

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Calvin Austin III (shoulder) injured his shoulder in the Week 4 game in Dublin, Ireland, on Sunday and is questionable to return, according to Brooke Pryor of ESPN. With the Steelers up two scores late in the fourth quarter, it's unlikely that Austin will return to this contest. The 26-year-old injured his shoulder after landing hard on it during a catch early in the fourth quarter. Before the injury, Austin had done very little for fantasy managers on Sunday, catching both of his targets for 13 yards. The good news for Austin is that the Steelers have their bye next week, so if his injury isn't serious, he should be able to suit up for the team's next game on Sunday, Oct. 12, against the division-rival Cleveland Browns at home. UPDATE: Austin was quickly ruled out for the rest of the game.--Keith Hernandez

Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Adoree' Jackson (groin) has officially been ruled out for the Week 4 clash against the hosting Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday with a groin injury. Jackson came into Sunday's game with a doubtful designation, so he was not expected to play in the first place. The 30-year-old was injured in the Week 3 win over the Los Angeles Rams, and his next chance to get on the field will come in Week 5 against the Denver Broncos. Jackson was limited in two practices this week, so he should have a good chance to return next week. With Jackson out against Tampa, Kelee Ringo will see more run in Philadelphia's secondary on Sunday against Baker Mayfield and Company.--Keith Hernandez

Buffalo Bills linebacker A.J. Epenesa (pectoral), who was listed as questionable to play in Week 4, is officially active for Sunday's game against the visiting New Orleans Saints. However, offensive tackle Spencer Brown (calf) has been ruled out. The Bills will also be without linebacker Matt Milano (pectoral) and defensive tackle Ed Oliver (ankle), who were both ruled out on Friday. Epenesa was limited in practice all week, so it's not a big surprise that he's able to play this weekend. Buffalo's defense could feast against the 0-3 Saints in a game in which they are favored by over two touchdowns. The 27-year-old Epenesa comes into Week 4 action with three solo tackles and a fumble recovery through three games. He's not a starting option in IDP fantasy formats as a rotational pass-rusher.--Keith Hernandez

Minnesota Vikings center Ryan Kelly (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He has been diagnosed with the fifth concussion of his career, including his second this season. The 32-year-old will face an uphill battle to play next Sunday against the Cleveland Browns, as he would need to clear concussion protocol within one week. Michael Jurgens will take over as the Vikings' center in the interim.--Andersen Pickard
