Buffalo Bills linebacker A.J. Epenesa (pectoral), who was listed as questionable to play in Week 4, is officially active for Sunday's game against the visiting New Orleans Saints. However, offensive tackle Spencer Brown (calf) has been ruled out. The Bills will also be without linebacker Matt Milano (pectoral) and defensive tackle Ed Oliver (ankle), who were both ruled out on Friday. Epenesa was limited in practice all week, so it's not a big surprise that he's able to play this weekend. Buffalo's defense could feast against the 0-3 Saints in a game in which they are favored by over two touchdowns. The 27-year-old Epenesa comes into Week 4 action with three solo tackles and a fumble recovery through three games. He's not a starting option in IDP fantasy formats as a rotational pass-rusher.--Keith Hernandez
