After consulting with numerous experts, including Dr. William Meyers in Philadelphia, Philadelphia Eagles Pro Bowl right tackle Lane Johnson (groin) will put off surgery on his torn adductor muscle and will rehab for two or three weeks and will attempt to play in the postseason, according to sources. The recovery time for surgery is 10 to 12 weeks, so Johnson's 2023 season won't be affected by when the surgery occurs, even if it comes in mid-February. The 32-year-old will miss the final two regular season games but will return for the playoffs after suffering a tear in his abdominal area in the Week 16 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Jack Driscoll, Andre Dillard and Jordan Mailata are all options to play right tackle in Johnson's absence the next couple of weeks.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
