Houston Texans safety Justin Reid (concussion, illness) missed practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 15 against the Jacksonville Jaguars after he failed to clear the league's concussion protocols. The Texans defense actually has some streaming appeal in deeper leagues this week going up against a woeful Jaguars team with a rookie quarterback that just fired their head coach. However, losing Reid, one of the defenses best playmakers, won't help their cause. The primary safeties will be Eric Murray and Jonathan Owens, according to head coach David Culley. In 11 games this year, Reid has recorded 53 tackles, two interceptions and a forced fumble.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
