There isn't much game tape to dissect on Dallas Cowboys rookie running back Jaydon Blue through two weeks--because there hasn't been any. However, Blue is expected to be active for the first time this season against the Chicago Bears in Week 3. The talented rookie running back has yet to log a snap, leaving fantasy managers with little more than college highlights and long-term intrigue. For now, he shouldn't be rostered in standard leagues. That doesn't mean he should be forgotten. Blue's skill set still makes him a worthwhile hold in deep dynasty formats or taxi-squad leagues, where you can stash developmental players without sacrificing an active roster spot. The key ingredients here are patience — and perhaps a sprinkle of luck. Should injuries or a depth chart shuffle open the door, Blue has the explosiveness to make an instant impression.
