Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen (knee) has been ruled out for Monday's matchup with the Utah Jazz. This isn't surprising, given that it's the first game of a back-to-back and Allen has just returned from a knee injury. He was limited to 18 minutes on Friday versus Miami but still collected a double-double, scoring 18 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Keon Ellis could rejoin the starting unit on Monday, and Thomas Bryant may pick up a few extra minutes off the bench.--Taavi Pailk
