Guillermo Heredia Continues Hot Streak With Two Hits
4 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Guillermo Heredia had another strong game after being added to the active roster back in mid-April. The veteran journeyman player went 2-for-4 with a double in the club's 3-1 loss to the New York Yankees on Tuesday. Heredia is now hitting .333 with three of his five hits going for extra bases through five games. He's also showing newfound patience with a BB-K of 3-5. The 30-year-old, who has spent parts of six seasons in the majors, has a career 86 wRC+ so he's likely not a long-term solution in the outfield for the Braves or fantasy managers but he could be worth a low-dollar investment in DFS until his offensive output normalizes.
