Greg Dulcich Playing A Receiver Role
2 years agoDenver Broncos head coach Nathaniel Hackett said the team's offense has been successful with rookie tight end Greg Dulcich lined out wide. "We've been efficient in some of our bigger packages, whether it be 12, 21 — when Andrew Beck was there — and our 13 package has been very efficient also with Dulcich playing a little more of a wide receiver role," Hackett said. The Broncos used more two-tight end sets in the Week 13 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, and it resulted in Dulcich leading the team with six catches on eight targets for 85 yards. Top wideout Courtland Sutton (hamstring) was also injured early in the game and never returned, so that was likely a big factor. Still, Dulcich is the team's clear top pass-catching tight end, and his fantasy arrow is pointing up as a fantasy TE on the TE1/2 borderline.
