Dallas Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens reminded everyone he's very much alive in Week 2, cracking the top-15 wideout ranks and flashing the chemistry he's building with new quarterback Dak Prescott. Nine targets against the Giants underline a growing trust that should translate into steady fantasy value. Now the Cowboys head to a rainy Chicago, but a little drizzle won't dampen the outlook. The Bears have surrendered a league-high 3.5 passing touchdowns per game, and Dennis Allen's defense has been about as sturdy as a paper umbrella in a wind tunnel. Even better, Pickens has already seen four red-zone targets this young season after scoring there last year. If that trend continues, fantasy managers will be grinning from ear to ear--and maybe humming a victory tune as Pickens hits pay dirt again.--Tipp Major
