Dallas Goedert Officially Ruled Out for Week 4
Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert (knee) has officially been ruled out for his team's Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, per Zach Berman of The Athletic. Goedert suffered a sprained MCL in Week 2 and was given a multi-week return timeline at the time of the injury, so it's not a surprise that he will return to action in Week 4. The Eagles did not place Goedert on Injured Reserve, which indicates that the team thinks he has a chance to return within four games of the injury. However, Week 4 will be his second straight game on the sidelines, and he's not guaranteed to return in Week 5 either. Philadelphia will also be without star wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) on Sunday, leaving the team down its two top pass-catchers. Eagles wideouts Dontayvion Wicks and Makai Lemon are likely to see increased workloads, and tight end Zach Ertz could be a deep-league streamer option for fantasy managers in Week 4.

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan could get more work in Week 4 against the Detroit Lions, which could help him rebound from a quiet Week 3 performance. McMillan caught just 2-of-5 targets for a measly 17 yards in a 21-18 loss to the Cleveland Browns, but his target share should go up with fellow wideout Xavier Legette (knee) ruled out and Jalen Coker (quad) listed as questionable. Detroit's passing defense is allowing a league-high 299.3 yards per game, which opens the door for Bryce Young to find McMillan downfield early and often. With the winless Miami Dolphins set to visit U.S. Bank Stadium, the Minnesota Vikings D/ST is the top-ranked option in fantasy football this week. The Vikings have been an absolute force on defense so far this season, recording pressures on an absurd 40% of passing downs through three games. Minnesota has compiled 14 sacks and allowed a completion percentage of 50.6%, both of which lead the NFL. Additionally, the Vikings' return game has shown life, as Myles Prices' punt return for a touchdown last week proved invaluable in a victory at Tampa Bay. The Dolphins, meanwhile, have scored just three offensive touchdowns and finished 28.6% of their possessions with points, which ranks tied for 28th in the league. Miami also lost their only star offensive player to injury, as running back De'Von Achane (knee) is out for the season. The Vikings should be locked in as a starter in any format that plays a defense.

Chuba Hubbard a Must-Start in Week 4
The table is set for Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard to have a big Week 4 against the Detroit Lions. Hubbard has had a steady start to his 2026 campaign after a thigh/hamstring strain in the preseason, but he broke out in Week 3 with 19 carries for 93 yards and a receiving touchdown. Lamar Jackson Off the Injury Report, Will Play in Week 4
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (back) is off the injury report and good to go for his team's Week 4 matchup against the Tennessee Titans, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Jackson popped up on the Ravens' injury report as a limited practice participant on Wednesday due to a back issue. However, the 29-year-old practiced in full on both Thursday and Friday and will be on the field for Baltimore on Sunday. Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young has a shot at a bounce-back performance when his team faces the Detroit Lions on Sunday night. The former first-overall draft pick led the league with 939 passing yards after Week 3, but also completed just 54.2% of his passes for 291 yards with one touchdown and one interception in a 21-18 loss to the Cleveland Browns. He was also nursing a knee injury following the loss, but was a full participant at Friday's practice. Cincinnati Bengals Defense Could Be In Trouble In Week 4
The Cincinnati Bengals defense will take on the Jacksonville Jaguars at home in Week 4. The Bengals just came off a game where they gave up 30 points in a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. They will now face a strong Jaguars offense while being banged up on defense. Swayze Bozeman, Bryan Cook, and B.J. Hill are all questionable to play this Sunday. Zay Flowers Limited in Practice on Friday, Questionable to Play in Week 4
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers (hamstring) is officially listed as questionable to play in his team's Week 4 matchup against the Tennessee Titans, per Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic. Evan McPherson Should Be A Strong Play In Week 4
Cincinnati Bengals kicker Evan McPherson had another strong performance in last week's 27-30 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Despite the loss, McPherson was able to knock through all of his kicks, including two field goals and three extra-point attempts. The Bengals kicker is yet to miss a single kick this season and should have more opportunities to score this weekend against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Mike Gesicki Is A Boom Or Bust Tight End For Week 4

DeVonta Smith Ruled Out Against Rams

Wicks has already been productive with 179 receiving yards through three games, while Lemon has seven catches on nine targets. Tee Higgins Could Go Off Against Jaguars
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins is coming off his best performance of the season in last week's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Higgins racked up six catches for 90 yards and a touchdown in the 27-30 loss in Week 3. The Bengals WR2 can easily finish any week as a fantasy WR1 given the potency of this offense. The Jaguars defense has been strong to start the year, but the duo of Ja'Marr Chase and Higgins is arguably the best one-two punch at wide receiver in the league. Higgins could also be heavily involved because of the strength of the Jaguars offense. Through the first three weeks, the Jacksonville offense has actually scored more points than the Bengals, so Cincinnati could be chasing points in this game. Higgins is ranked WR14 in our RotoBaller Week 4 PPR rankings, making him a borderline WR1/strong WR2 in this matchup. Fantasy managers should be excited about having a wideout in what should be a high-scoring game.

Chase Brown Could Struggle Again In Week 4
Cincinnati Bengals running back Chase Brown will face a tough Jacksonville Jaguars defense at home in Week 4. Brown opened the season with a strong performance against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but it has been downhill ever since mostly due to touchdowns. The Bengals RB1 has not eclipsed 82 total yards in any contest this year and scored his lone touchdown back in Week 1. Despite strong utilization on the ground and in the pass game, Brown has not been able to translate it into fantasy production. In Brown's defense, he faced the Houston Texans and Pittsburgh Steelers in his last two games. Both of those teams have better run defenses than pass defenses, leaving Brown to take a backseat to Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. The bad news is Brown will face another tough run defense in the Jaguars. Brown will likely get volume again, but it remains to be seen if he can put up better results. Brown is ranked RB13 in our RotoBaller Week 4 PPR rankings, making him a low-end RB1/RB2 heading into the weekend. Fantasy managers should be excited for the potential of this game to be high-scoring, but Brown could be the odd man out in the Bengals offense this week.

Bucky Irving Off Injury Report for Week 4
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving (glute) is off the final injury report and has no game designation for Sunday's matchup with the Green Bay Packers. Irving was limited Wednesday and Thursday after the injury became an issue coming out of last week's game against Minnesota, but he was back on the field Friday and appeared to be moving without trouble during the portion open to reporters. He has 40 carries for 180 yards and one touchdown through three games, along with 13 catches for 61 yards. RotoBaller has Irving at RB19 for Week 4. Kenyon Sadiq Questionable Against Bears
New York Jets tight end Kenyon Sadiq (back) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears. Sadiq was limited Wednesday and Thursday after his breakout performance in Week 3, when he caught seven of eight targets for 105 yards and a touchdown against Detroit. That brought him to 12 receptions for 143 yards through his first three NFL games. There should still be plenty available to him if he plays. Tight end Mason Taylor and wide receiver Adonai Mitchell have already been ruled out, leaving the Jets short on pass catchers once again. RotoBaller has Sadiq at TE9 for Week 4 after last week's jump in usage. His questionable tag makes it worth having another tight end available Sunday morning, but Sadiq belongs in fantasy lineups if he gets the green light against Chicago.

Nico Collins Off the Injury Report, Good to Go for Week 4
Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins (hamstring) is off the injury report and will play in his team's Week 4 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys, per DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN. Collins has missed Houston's last two games with a hamstring injury, but he practiced in full on Friday and is set to return against Dallas. The 27-year-old played well in Week 1 against the Buffalo Bills, recording seven catches for 75 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets. Collins was also very productive when healthy in 2025, hauling in 71 receptions for 1,117 yards and six touchdowns on 120 targets across 15 games. Now that he's active, Collins profiles as the clear number one option in the Houston passing game and should be considered a must-start wide receiver for fantasy managers in a favorable matchup against Dallas.

Ladd McConkey Back on Practice Field Friday
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey (foot) was back on the practice field Friday after sitting out Thursday, but he wasn't doing much during the portion open to reporters. Kris Rhim of ESPN noted that McConkey did not run routes or catch passes with the other Chargers receivers and instead stood off to the side watching. His presence is still a step forward after Thursday's absence, though it doesn't tell us much yet about whether he'll be ready for Sunday's game against Seattle. McConkey was limited Wednesday before being downgraded to a non-participant Thursday. He has caught 12 of 15 targets for 183 yards and one touchdown through three games, including four receptions for 66 yards last week against Buffalo. RotoBaller currently has him at WR32 for Week 4. His official Friday participation level and final game designation will carry much more weight than simply being back on the field.

Ja'Marr Chase Will Continue Strong Play Against Jacksonville
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase is coming off a strong performance in last week's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Chase caught nine passes for 98 yards and a touchdown in Week 3. The superstar receiver will look to continue his strong play at home against the Jacksonville Jaguars this weekend. Chase was the only pass catcher on the team to earn double-digit targets in last week's game with 57 total points scored and the game script may be more of the same this week. This matchup with the Jaguars is tied for the week's highest over/under, set at 51.5 points as of Friday. The Jaguars defense has been one of the strongest units to begin the season, but Chase is one of the best players in the league regardless of position so he will likely find a way to succeed. Drake Maye Has No Injury Designation for Week 4
New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye (right shoulder) will not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills. Maye stayed on the injury report all week, but he was a full participant in every practice and said Wednesday that the shoulder hasn't bothered him. That should put the availability question to rest. His fantasy outlook is less comfortable. Maye has thrown for 585 yards, one touchdown and six interceptions through three games, including two picks in last week's loss to Jacksonville. He has helped himself on the ground with 82 rushing yards on 15 attempts, but the passing mistakes have made him difficult to trust in one-quarterback leagues. RotoBaller has Maye at QB18 for Week 4. The shoulder shouldn't be the reason fantasy managers sit him against Buffalo, but his rough start still leaves him better suited for Superflex formats or as a QB2.
