Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins is coming off his best performance of the season in last week's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Higgins racked up six catches for 90 yards and a touchdown in the 27-30 loss in Week 3. The Bengals WR2 can easily finish any week as a fantasy WR1 given the potency of this offense. Higgins will have the opportunity to go off again this week against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jaguars defense has been strong to start the year, but the duo of Ja'Marr Chase and Higgins is arguably the best one-two punch at wide receiver in the league. Higgins could also be heavily involved because of the strength of the Jaguars offense. Through the first three weeks, the Jacksonville offense has actually scored more points than the Bengals, so Cincinnati could be chasing points in this game. Higgins is ranked WR14 in our RotoBaller Week 4 PPR rankings, making him a borderline WR1/strong WR2 in this matchup. Fantasy managers should be excited about having a wideout in what should be a high-scoring game.--Joshua Costello
