Bryce Miller To Start Sunday
1 year agoSeattle Mariners rookie right-hander Bryce Miller (finger) is scheduled to return from the 15-day injured list to start on Sunday against the Detroit Tigers. The M's took the cautious approach with the 24-year-old Miller and put him on the injured list due to a blister. The rookie hasn't pitched for Seattle since June 30, but he has a very enticing matchup in his return this Sunday against Detroit. And if he was dropped in season-long leagues because of his injury and he's still available, pick him up now. In his first 11 major-league games, Miller is 5-3 with a 3.97 ERA (3.45 FIP), 0.95 WHIP, 12 walks and 55 strikeouts in 59 innings.
