Brandon Johnson Scores First Career Touchdown
2 years agoDenver Broncos rookie wide receiver Brandon Johnson scored his first career touchdown in the 23-10 loss to the Carolina Panthers in Week 12 on Sunday, and the score was also the team's only trip to paydirt on the day. This was only Johnson's second game on the active roster with both Jerry Jeudy (ankle) and KJ Hamler (hamstring) sidelined again this week. The 24-year-old pass-catcher caught two of his four targets for 10 yards and the touchdown, and he has three catches on six targets for 12 yards and one TD in his first two NFL games. Johnson could be active again in Week 13 against the Baltimore Ravens if Jeudy and/or Hamler remain out, but fantasy managers should look elsewhere.
