Cincinnati Bengals rookie first-round offensive tackle Amarius Mims (pectoral) suffered a strained pectoral muscle and will be forced to miss several weeks, according to head coach Zac Taylor. It's a disappointing injury for the 18th overall pick in this year's NFL draft, as his availability for the start of the 2024 regular season in Week 1 against the New England Patriots is now in jeopardy. Veteran Trent Brown will fill in for Mims as a starter on the right side of the offensive line with Mims out the next few weeks and could end up starting there in Week 1 against the Pats if Mims needs more time to recover. It's certainly a blow for the Bengals' offense as we quickly approach the start of the regular season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
