Jahmyr Gibbs' fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 17 (2023). Should you should start or sit Jahmyr Gibbs for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB1
ANALYSIS: If you drafted Jahmyr Gibbs back in the fall thinking there was a chance he could win you a fantasy football championship, you have to be thrilled at his production level heading into Week 17.
Although Gibbs (64 carries and 20 receptions) has been out-touched by veteran David Montgomery (89 carries and 10 receptions) over the last six weeks, he's posted way better fantasy totals. Gibbs has collected 246 yards and four touchdowns on 37 carries and added 44 yards and a touchdown on nine receptions over the last three weeks. He is on fire.
Gibbs has turned into the fantasy stud many owners had hoped they drafted. He should be counted on Week 17 at Dallas. The rookie running back out of Alabama has nine red zone carries over the last three games.
He gets a juicy matchup against the Cowboys' middle of the pack rush defense. Dallas was torched by James Cook in Week 15 (221 total yards and two touchdowns). Gibbs could be in store for a big day. He is RB6 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
