Colorado Rockies first baseman went 3-for-4 with two doubles and an RBI in a 12-3 loss to the San Francisco Giants on Tuesday. It was a rough day for the Rockies offense as no one could get much of anything going besides Cron. He went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles and drove in one of Colorado's three runs in the bottom of the fourth inning. Cron has been on fire over the last 15 contests, slashing .327/.386/.692 with five home runs and nine RBI. The 31-year-old slugger has put together a nice season in Colorado with a .278/.377/.542 batting line to go along with 26 home runs, 80 RBI, and one stolen base over 389 at-bats.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
