The Chicago Cubs placed starting pitcher Mike Montgomery (shoulder) on the disabled list on Friday with left shoulder inflammation. Tyler Chatwood will start in his place against the Pirates on Saturday. Montgomery has been solid as a rotation fill-in for the Cubs with Yu Darvish (elbow) out for most of the year. But with Darvish on track to return soon, Montgomery could be placed in the bullpen when he's ready to return. Chatwood is a poor fantasy streamer against the Bucs. He's 4-5 on the year with a 5.06 ERA, 1.79 WHIP, career-high 8.1 BB/9 and 7.7 K/9 in 22 outings (19 starts).--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
