Puka Nacua Strengthens Grasp on WR1 Title with Explosive Game Sunday
Puka Nacua caught 13 of 15 targets for 170 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's Week 4 win over the Indianapolis Colts. Nacua was already the top-scoring fantasy receiver entering this week, and he only widened the gap between himself and the rest of the league on Sunday afternoon. The 24-year-old has 503 receiving yards, 52 rushing yards, and two touchdowns through four games. Extrapolated over a 17-game season, he'd be on pace for 2,138 receiving yards, which would shatter the existing single-season record. There's still a long way to go before seriously discussing whether Nacua will hit that milestone, but there's no question that he is turning heads and cementing himself as one of the NFL's brightest stars. He should be viewed as a high-end WR1 heading into Thursday Night Football against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 5.
