San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall (knee) said that he exited in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars due to pain and instability in his knee, according to David Lombardi of The Athletic. The second-year receiver entered this week with a knee issue, so it's possible that he re-aggravated that injury on Sunday afternoon. The 25-year-old didn't return to the contest after departing, finishing Week 4 with four catches for 46 yards. Fantasy managers should pay close attention to his status heading into a short week, as the 49ers take on the Los Angeles Rams this Thursday. Kendrick Bourne would likely operate as the No. 2 receiver behind Jauan Jennings if Pearsall is forced to miss time.--Andersen Pickard
