NASCAR practice speeds, lap averages and notes for the 2026 Dollar Tree 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Use the NASCAR stats and data to build DFS lineups on DraftKings. Erik Jones was fastest.
The NASCAR Cup Series ran a single practice session at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday morning in preparation for the upcoming Dollar Tree 301 on Sunday afternoon.
The 36-car field all took the track for a combined 50-minute session, as NASCAR has officially moved to that being the protocol each week.
Below you will find key notes from the practice session as well as the practice speeds for all drivers.
Important Practice Notes
Shane van Gisbergen - The No. 97 team had issues with the starter during practice, and worked on fixing that. Unfortunately for them, that is a violation of NASCAR's rules, and SVG will be penalized on race day by having to drop to the rear of the field at the start.
Chase Briscoe - The No. 19 Toyota had a flat tire late in practice. There was no report of any major damage to Briscoe's machine.
Tyler Reddick - Reddick noticeably struggled during practice. During the session, he mentioned that his car was "miserable out there."
