CBB DFS: DraftKings Daily Fantasy College Basketball Picks - Today's Top Lineups (3/21/26)

Darius Acuff Jr. - College Basketball, March Madness Sleepers, CBB DFS Picks

Today's DraftKings NCAA Tournament CBB DFS lineup picks for 3/21/26. Mike M's top daily fantasy college basketball sleepers to build winning NCAA DFS lineups on DraftKings.

The 16-game extravaganza on Thursday leads to eight games today. These are 16 solid teams. We had some fun upsets, some would-be upsets until the officials got involved, and some wall-to-wall blowouts.

Those should be less frequent in these eight games, but honestly, I think I only see one game that could be a blowout. We have another one involving one of those mid-majors that should be a high-scoring affair. Let's sort those out!

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings for 3/21/26, starting at 12:10 PM EDT. I’ll give multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at each of the salary scale's high, middle, and low levels. Good luck, RotoBallers!

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Darius Acuff Jr., Arkansas ($9.8K)

Acuff's 39.8 DraftKings points on Thursday were his lowest output in five March games. The freshman is hot at the right time.

High Point is athletic enough and can hit shots from anywhere. They'll keep up with Arkansas, which makes the ceiling on Acuff even higher. Acuff can take over games if he has to.

He was the driving force in the run through the SEC Tournament. It looks like he will be the same for the Hogs in the NCAA Tournament as well.

Keaton Wagler, Illinois ($8.5K)

It's another superb freshman with another superb matchup. I rode Ryan Conwell in the first round, but if I don't have to run players against Michigan State, I won't.

Wagler filled the stat sheet in the blowout win over Penn, racking up 42.8 DK points as Illinois scored 105 points. VCU is a little bit tougher defensively, but not much.

If the Illinois offense is cooking as it did in the first round, it will overwhelm VCU. Wagler will be the catalyst for that.

Rob Martin, High Point ($7.6K)

Arkansas is a lot of things, but a good defensive team is not one of them. The Panthers got past Wisconsin with big-time players hitting big-time shots. Martin was the biggest.

He put up 23 points and dished out 10 assists in the win over Wisconsin. Arkansas is a little more athletic version of Wisconsin. We should see another really good game out of Martin here.

Tramon Mark, Texas ($5.8K)

After coming up flat in the SEC Tournament, Mark has been outstanding in two NCAA Tournament games so far. Mark has 36 points, nine rebounds, six blocks, four steals, and four assists. That's 74.8 DK points in two games for those of you scoring at home.

Gonzaga has stellar defensive numbers, but they played 20 games against the West Coast Conference. That can tend to skew the numbers a little. The Bulldogs are better on the interior, so Mark could have a harder time driving.

That said, he is doing so much else on the court, and the price is low enough to take almost all of the risk away. Even when Mark wasn't at his best this year, he was still around 18-23 DK points. I'm comfortable with that floor considering what the ceiling is.

Cayden Boozer, Duke ($5.3K)

It's games like the last three games for Duke that make you wonder why the lesser-known Boozer twin wasn't starting all along. Yes, Duke misses the veteran leadership of Caleb Foster, but Cayden Boozer has been outstanding.

It took him a couple of games to find his footing as the starter, but Boozer is 21-for-40 from the floor for 51 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, and three steals. That is lineup-changing output in this price range.

Grab the "other" Boozer while he's still this cheap. He won't be if Duke makes it to the next weekend of the tournament.

Also consider: Jeremy Fears Jr., Michigan State ($9.2K); Kingston Flemings, Houston ($8.2K); Meleek Thomas, Arkansas ($7.5K); Terrence Hill Jr., VCU ($6.8K); Milos Uzan, Houston ($5.5K); Mario Saint-Supery, Gonzaga ($5.3K); Nyk Lewis, VCU ($5.2K); Isaac McKneely, Louisville ($4.9K); Trey Green, Saint Louis ($4.6K); Chase Johnston, High Point ($3.8K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

David Mirkovic, Illinois ($8.2K)

Mirkovic nuked Penn for 29 points and 17 rebounds in just 28 minutes in the first-round win. Wagler gets most of the attention, but Mirkovic has been arguably better than Wagler over the last three weeks.

Mirkovic has at least 30 DK points in five straight games. VCU is another undersized team that Mirkovic can shoot over and grab rebounds from. Another double-double wouldn't surprise me at all.

David Punch, TCU ($7.9K)

Punch was instrumental in TCU's win over Florida on November 27. He played good defense on Florida's trees and put up 19 points, nine rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and two steals. That wasn't an aberration.

Punch had similar lines against Wisconsin, Kansas, West Virginia, Oklahoma State, and Ohio State. Punch particularly abused Oklahoma State's Parsa Fallah this year. What Duke has up front right now is similar to Fallah.

Cameron Boozer already plays defense like he's in the NBA, meaning he offers little resistance up front. Duke is really going to feel the loss of Patrick Ngongba II in this game. Punch could be in line for his fourth straight game of 40+ DK points.

Emmanuel Innocenti, Gonzaga ($5.9K)

Innocenti has played well with Braden Huff out. He's not nearly the scorer that Huff is, but he may be better on the boards. His offense is limited, but Innocenti is going to be in there to tangle with Matas Vokietaitis.

Innocenti has only been under 20 DK points once since February 10. He has grown into his role on the team, and he can score if Texas commits to shutting down Graham Ike.

Berke Buyuktuncel, Nebraska ($4.4K)

Every time that I watch a Nebraska game, I half expect to see Buyuktuncel on the court at the end of the game covered in blood and mud. He does a lot of things that don't show up on the stat sheet.

He's a limited offensive player, but Nebraska has plenty of other players who score. They need Buyuktuncel to haul in boards and patrol the paint.

He'll have a decided size advantage over the Vanderbilt front as he did with Troy. His 23.8 DK points against Troy were his second-highest total since February 1.

Also consider: Cameron Boozer, Duke ($11K); Pryce Sandfort, Nebraska ($8.8K); Trevon Brazile, Arkansas ($8.1K); Robbie Avila, Saint Louis ($7.6K); Matas Vokietaitis, Texas ($7.3K); Carson Cooper, Michigan State ($6.9K); Rienk Mast, Nebraska ($6.3K); Malique Ewin, Arkansas ($5.5K); Braden Frager, Nebraska ($4.8K); Ishan Sharma, Saint Louis ($4.3K)
