Michael Wilson Set to Bounce Back in Week 14
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Wilson fell back to earth, only hauling in three catches in Week 13 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Despite a low fantasy output, Wilson tied for the most targets amongst Cardinals wide receivers with seven targets in last Sunday's game. Wilson has established a real connection with quarterback Jacoby Brissett and has become his go-to wide receiver in crunch time. In Weeks 11 and 12, Wilson averaged 16.5 targets per game and tallied 27.6 PPR points per game. Entering Week 14, Wilson is RotoBaller's 16th-ranked wide receiver in a manageable Week 14 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams in Half-PPR leagues. The Rams defense has seen the eighth-most passing attempts this season, but has allowed the 10-fewest passing touchdowns per game. The Rams' strong run defense and high-scoring offense have forced teams to adjust to pass-heavy game scripts to keep up on the scoreboard. Wilson has the potential to see double-digit targets again with Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) and Greg Dortch (chest) ruled out for Sunday. Wilson is a WR2 with high upside that can comfortably be inserted into all lineups in Week 14.
