San Francisco Giants outfielder Jung Hoo Lee is not in the lineup on Monday against St. Louis Cardinals right-hander Michael McGreevy. Drew Gilbert will take Lee's place in center field and bat ninth, while Jerar Encarnacion will play right and hit eighth. Although the lefty-swinging Lee has posted a respectable .269/.342/.419 line against righties this season, he's in the middle of a severe slump that has lasted almost two weeks. In nine games since Sept. 10, Lee has gone 2-for-28 with no extra-base hits, one RBI, three strikeouts, and three walks. Lee collected both of those singles in a 2-for-4 showing on Saturday, but after going 0-for-4 on Sunday, he'll head to the bench.--Connor Byrne
