As we roll into Week 14 (the final week of the fantasy football regular season in most leagues), it's crunch time for those difficult start/sit decisions. To make matters worse, we've got six teams on a bye this week, and our rosters are stretched thinner than ever.
This week, we're taking a closer look at three wide receivers in fantasy football and which one you should play ahead of your Week 14 matchup.
So, should you roll the dice on Xavier Legette, Parker Washington, or Ray-Ray McCloud III in Week 14? Let's break it down below!
Should I Start Xavier Legette for Fantasy Football?
After veteran wide receiver Diontae Johnson was shipped to Baltimore and veteran Adam Thielen wound up on injured reserve, the runway was cleared for Legette early in the season to contribute as a rookie. A first-round pick of the Panthers in the 2024 draft, Legette has seen his role grow since the team's Week 11 bye.

Quarterback Bryce Young is back under center and is looking more confident. Legette has 14 targets and eight receptions for 109 yards over his last two games but has yet to go over 66 yards receiving in a single game this season.
While there are reasons to be optimistic about Legette's chances going forward should the quarterback play from Young continue to improve, the bad news is the Panthers get the red-hot Eagles defense in Week 14. Yikes.
Should I Start Parker Washington for Fantasy Football?
A sixth-round pick of the Jaguars in the 2023 NFL Draft, Washington wasn't much of a contributor early in the season and was mostly regulated to special teams duties. However, with wide receivers Christian Kirk and Gabe Davis lost for the season, Washington has become a solid contributor.

The bad news is that quarterback Trevor Lawrence is going to be shut down for the remainder of the 2024 season and the team will start Mac Jones the rest of the way. While Jones might not be an exciting option by any means, he is a more than capable backup quarterback who can move the chains.
The Jaguars get the Titans defense in Week 14, and Washington is coming off the best game of his career that saw him finish with 12 targets for six receptions, 102 receiving yards, and one touchdown. He's an underrated, sneaky pick this week.
Should I Start Ray-Ray McCloud III for Fantasy Football?
Oh, Kirk Cousins, where art thou? The Falcons quarterback has been terrible over his last three starts, with the team going 0-3 on top of him throwing six interceptions and zero touchdown passes.
However, that didn't slow McCloud down in Week 13, as he finished with four receptions for 95 yards. Despite being the Falcons WR3, he plays a lot of snaps due to the team featuring the usage of so much 11 personnel.

McCloud has just 45 receptions for 476 yards and one touchdown on the season, with just two games over 10 points per game in half-PPR formats. The Falcons have a brutal matchup in Week 14 against the Minnesota Vikings and Brian Flores.
