I told you bowl season was picking up! We have four more games starting in the early afternoon and keeping us occupied until midnight on the East Coast. Be up for all of it! I know I will be!
We start off in Annapolis with Duke taking on Central Florida in the Military Bowl. Next up is the Liberty Bowl in Memphis between Kansas and Ar-kansas(not "saw"...if you know, you know). If you're ready for bed in the East, resist the temptation! Next up is the Holiday Bowl between Oregon and North Carolina. There should be loads of offense in that one. We end in Houston with the Texas Bowl between Texas Tech and Mississippi. This is a sneaky-good slate!

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks
Bo Nix, Oregon ($9,400)
I don't know what the future holds for Nix, but I know what the near future holds: slate-breaking potential. Nix was the Oregon offense this year and North Carolina is one of the worst defenses a power-five school can offer. A big game means a big payday for Nix, and I fully expect him to get both of them here, whether he enters the draft or not. Blue Oyster Cult said it best: "come on baby, don't fear the NIL deal."
Riley Leonard, Duke ($7,700)
We went from a relatively weak quarterback pool yesterday to a loaded one today. What I like to do in this case is focus on the guys playing against the worst defenses. Sure, Jefferson and Jalon Daniels could break the slate with their rushing ability. However, Leonard at this price against a UCF defense that has leaked points seems like a better use of my salary. Leonard has at least 25 DraftKings points in six straight games to close the season after the embarrassing loss to the Wreck. Leonard should have his way against UCF as well.
Also consider: K.J. Jefferson, Arkansas ($8,500); Jalon Daniels, Kansas ($7,000); Tyler Shough, Texas Tech ($6,000)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs
Raheim Sanders, Arkansas ($6,900)
I'm a huge fan of Judkins, but Sanders isn't in a timeshare (well...he kind of is with Jefferson) and despite being such a fun team to watch, Kansas had their issues, particularly in run defense. The Jayhawks allowed a staggering 32 rushing touchdowns in 12 games and allowed 193.8 yards per game. Do you remember what Rocket did to Ole Miss in Week 12? I'll refresh your memory: 232 yards and three touchdowns in just 24 carries and he added five receptions. A ceiling game like that is possible against this Kansas run D.
Elijah Green, North Carolina ($5,700)
This offense is centered around Drake Maye and the receivers, but Green is now the unquestioned featured back for the Tarheels, who ran with a committee much of the season. Green has 45 carries and seven receptions over the last two games. He didn't find much room against North Carolina State or against Clemson when the Heels were down very early, but he still cracked double digits like he has every week since he started splitting carries in Week 7. I believe in the volume of Green over the timeshares in the Texas Tech, Duke, UCF, and Oregon backfields.
Also consider: Quinshon Judkins, Mississippi ($7,200); Bucky Irving, Oregon ($5,900); SaRodorick Thompson, Texas Tech ($5,100)
DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers
Antoine Green, North Carolina ($7,000)
The freshman-ness of Drake Maye has capped the upside of the Carolina receivers lately, but there are a whole lot of targets vacated with Josh Downs saying yes to the NFL and no thanks to his senior year and the Holiday Bowl. That leaves anywhere from 15-20 targets up for grabs and Green has to be the favorite to get most of them. Even with Downs on the field, Green has hauled in 30 of his 43 passes in the last five games. He has a great shot at 10 receptions in this one.
Malik Heath, Mississippi ($6,600)
The transfer from Mississippi State had a great end to the season with the exception of the disaster against A&M where he caught one pass for no yards. Aside from that one, since the LSU game, Heath has had 91.8 DraftKings points in four games. Heath has passed Mingo as the receiver of choice in this offense, and if you don't trust Green and Carolina, he's a nice anchor to your receiving corps.
Kamari Morales, North Carolina ($4,100)
Morales has been a consistent part of the offense so far this year. He has at least two receptions in all but the Duke game in which he only caught one. Hey, at least it was for a touchdown! Morales had three games in double-digit fantasy points in the first four games of the season. With Downs out, Morales should see more looks his way and he's nice and cheap.
