Heston Kjerstad - Fantasy Baseball Prospects, Draft Sleepers, MLB Rookie Rankings

Fantasy baseball waiver wire rankings for Week 3 of the 2024 MLB season. These are free agent options to add off waivers, and our rankings will help you prioritize.

Hey, RotoBallers! Welcome back to our fantasy baseball waiver wire rankings for Week 3 (April 8 - April 14) of the 2024 MLB season. Injuries continue to pile up, especially regarding pitchers. Fantasy managers will need to replace Spencer Strider, who is out indefinitely with damage to his UCL, while Shane Bieber will need Tommy John surgery and has been ruled out for the season. The Chicago White Sox have placed star outfielder Luis Robert Jr. on the 10-day injured list with a hip flexor. Robert is expected to miss more than the minimum 10 days as fantasy managers could be without the White Sox outfielder for a while.

It's essential to stay on top of the player news as we guide you through the injuries, prospect call-ups, and closer role changes. For those searching for a replacement for Strider, Bieber, and Robert, we've got you covered with our fantasy baseball waiver wire rankings. We've been working hard to put together a list of 80 players to consider for various league sizes to help you prioritize your waiver wire decisions.

As always, we are here to help you prioritize which player to add using our waiver wire rankings article.
