Ziaire Williams Expected to Return to Nets
ESPN's Shams Charania reports that Brooklyn Nets forward Ziaire Williams is expected to sign a two-year, $12 million contract to stay with the Nets. Over the weekend, the organization declined Williams's $8.35 million qualifying offer. He would have become an unrestricted free agent, but the two sides have since come to terms on a two-year deal. The 23-year-old finished with 10.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.6 three-pointers, 1.3 assists and 1.0 steals in 24.5 minutes per game across 63 outings last season.
