Los Angeles Chargers cornerback Ryan Smith (knee) suffered a torn ACL in the Week 9 win over the Philadelphia Eagles, according to head coach Brandon Staley. Smith will miss the rest of the 2021 season. In his first season with the Bolts, the 28-year-old mainly played special teams and recorded only five tackles (four solo) in four games played (one start). The Chargers have some injuries issues in the secondary, as Smith was starting in place of the injured Michael Davis on Sunday against the Eagles. Kemon Hall took over for Smith when he left the game. Rookie Asante Samuel Jr. was also out for the Chargers secondary due to injury in Week 9.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
