Kris Bryant Back In Monday's Lineup
2 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder Kris Bryant (lower body) is back in the starting lineup on Monday against the Cleveland Guardians and right-hander Cal Quantrill after he was removed from Saturday's game early with an injury. Bryant is starting in right field and is hitting third in the lineup. Bryant did not play on Sunday, but he'll end up missing only one day due to his injury. Injuries derailed the 31-year-old's first season in Colorado last year, but he was good when he was healthy and is batting .288 (23-for-80) with four doubles, three home runs, six RBI and 11 runs scored in 21 games so far in 2023. Fantasy managers will want to get Bryant back into their lineups for the week. Rookie outfielder Brenton Doyle is making his big-league debut in center field and is hitting eighth.
